Like 50 Cent, Candace Owens also doubled down on her ridicule of Democrats and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden's proposed tax plan.

In a tweet on Tuesday, conservative commentator Owens suggested Democrats were plotting to target rich Black Americans under Biden's plan that aims to raise taxes on households earning more than $400,000 annually.

"Democrats enslaved blacks, segregated blacks and are now planning to tax black millionaires back into poverty—all the while convincing poor blacks (who were miseducated through their public schools) to vote for them," Owens tweeted. "It's so evil & Machiavellian— I almost respect it. Almost."

Almost.

Her comments come following rapper Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson's endorsement of President Donald Trump. The business mogul shared a tweet on Monday that included a screenshot of the tax breakdown by city under Biden's proposal. "WHAT THE F*CK! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT," he tweeted Monday. "F*CK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. I don't care Trump doesn't like black people 62% are you out of ya f****** mind," he wrote.

While the Get Rich or Die Tryin' rapper's tweet sparked outrage and criticism from a number of liberals, Owens was one of the many to defend 50 Cent, claiming on Instagram that 50 Cents was "smart" to be concerned about Biden's tax plan.

"I want to just say something to defend 50 Cent because I am just seeing so much ignorance in his comments from the majority of Black people saying they're done with him and it's because he's rich and he's betrayed them," she said. "No, it's because he's smart and you're not, okay?"

Owens suggested for followers to take a look at the essays Trickle Down Theory and Tax Cuts for the Rich by Thomas Sowell, which elaborate on the tax system in America and how tax cuts impact—or often helps—the wealthy.

"Okay, so 50 Cent is saying 'I'm not paying these taxes' rich people all over different states that are hiking taxes right now are saying 'I'm not paying taxes,'" she explained. "Now when they say that they're not bluffing, they're literally moving, picking up and leaving the states."

She added: "So if you think that you're going to just tax rich people 90 percent and they're going to stay in the state, you're an idiot. Rich people are the ones who can afford to leave the state," adding: "What happens is the government then turns the poor people and raises their taxes."
