The boy was found in the 600 block of Dexter Avenue, less than a mile from the Wedgewood Apartments, NBC4 reports.

The AMBER Alert listed Sierra Brown, 24, and Tayson Hixon, 23, as suspects related to the child's disappearance. NBC4 reported detectives told the outlet that Brown is the child's mother and Hixon is her friend.

Detectives reportedly added the alert stems from a domestic situation and they have reason to believe the boy is no longer safe.

Anyone with information on Brown-Giamarco's whereabouts should call police at 1-877-AMBER-OH or dial 911.

Other AMBER Alerts

On Wednesday, officials in Kansas and Missouri canceled AMBER Alerts for a missing 2-year-old Kansas boy after he and his mother were abducted by an "armed and dangerous" man at gunpoint.

Authorities believed Jaxon Halley was kidnapped by Darryl Livingston Jr., who is considered armed and dangerous. He reportedly made statements to the child's mother that he would kill her and the kid. Law enforcement believe the child is in imminent danger.

The AMBER Alerts were canceled at 9:20 p.m. after the child was found safe.

There are currently two more active AMBER Alerts in the United States. The search for missing teenager Sebastian Rogers, 15, also continues, even after the United Cajun Navy, a nonprofit organization that arranges rescue teams, called off its search that was scheduled for March 29.

Rogers is said to have "a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance." He was described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, wearing glasses, and having brown hair and brown eyes. Rogers disappeared from the home he shared with his mother and stepfather on February 26. He was wearing black sweatpants and a black sweatshirt.

The final active AMBER Alert was issued on February 20 for Elijah Vue, 3, who is missing from Two Rivers, Wisconsin. He was last seen staying with his mother Katrina Baur's boyfriend, on Mishicot Road in Two Rivers. Vang reported the child missing after waking up from a nap to find him gone.
