The Bachelorette fans think that Erich Schwer's time with Gabby Windey is coming to an end.

The star, 29, has made it to the Fantasy Suites stage of the competition, which allows the Bachelorettes to spend the night with the remaining men away from the cameras, along with fellow Team Gabby contestants Johnny DePhillipo, 25, and Jason Alabaster, 30.

But, after awkward scenes on Monday's episode of the ABC series, viewers are convinced that Erich will not be making it to the season finale.

Gabby, 31, has been starring in the 2022 season of The Bachelorette alongside Rachel Recchia, 26, marking the first time the show has had two simultaneous Bachelorettes.

While Rachel seemed to struggle to find a romantic connection at the beginning of the season, it looks like it is now Gabby who may find herself without a fiancé when the show comes to a close later in September.

Amid concerns for how Gabby's time on the show will end, Newsweek has five clues that contestant Erich is set to leave The Bachelorette.

Five Clues Erich Leaves The Bachelorette

Erich's Reaction to the Fantasy Suites

Erich and Gabby's overnight date, which featured on Monday's episode of The Bachelorette, started well, but, in a voiceover, Erich admitted that he had some concerns over dating Gabby while she is romantically involved with other men.

Erich said: "That's the thing I think about in the back of my mind."

At the end of the episode, after they had spent the night together, Erich sent Gabby a note asking to see her. She went to meet him, and the duo ended up discussing his reservations about her seeing other men.

"Now, sitting here, picturing the girl that I'm in love with, doing that with somebody else, like, that kind of crushes me," Erich said. "And this is not gonna be easy."

Gabby's Tears Over Erich

Following Erich's confession about the Fantasy Suites, Gabby was left very upset.

Gabby admitted she felt "pressured" by Erich in a voiceover, adding that she felt like he was "testing" her.

"Maybe he's not gonna be my guy after all. I'm starting to question it... this feels like the end for me," Gabby said.

She was then shown walking away from Erich in tears as the episode ended and her voiceover said: "I feel like I have, like, walls and barriers."

The Trailer for the Next Episode

The trailer for the second half of Fantasy Suites double-episode hints that Gabby's The Bachelorette journey may be over.

Footage shows host Jesse Palmer, 43, telling a shocked Rachel that she'll be "the only Bachelorette."

Does this mean Gabby sends Erich home? She has already said goodbye to Johnny during Part One and, from the promo for Part Two, it looks like Jason may also be out, so does this mean she takes herself out of the running?

Fans Think Gabby Will Send Erich Home

On social media, The Bachelorette fans have predicted that Erich's admission that he feels uncomfortable about the Fantasy Suites may have sealed his fate.

"Gabby is p*ssed. Erich you might be on the chopping block. #bachelorette," one fan Kris wrote, predicting Gabby will send him home.

"Erich is about to fumble at the 1 yard line while the defense is fast asleep #bachelorette #TheBachelorette," wrote Just a Bachelor.

Viewers Think Gabby Will End the Season Single

Following Gabby and Erich's discussion and the trailer for Part Two of the Fantasy Suites showing that Gabby's only other potential suitor, Jason, is still unsure if he is ready to get engaged, The Bachelorette fans think Gabby will end the season without a proposal.

Taking to Twitter after Monday's episode aired, one viewer wrote: "Now with this drama with Erich fully confirming my thought that Gabby is single currently #TheBachelorette."

"So, it's Tino for Rachel and single for Gabby? #TheBachelorette," wrote dramabananna.

While Gabby and Erich's romantic future remains a mystery until the next episode, The Bachelorette fans are particularly upset about their potential impending break-up due to their emotional hometown date.

While visiting Erich's parents earlier in the series, the couple seemed stronger than ever, with Erich telling Gabby at the time: "I'll never forget today. Today was just like, very real. Very real and very important to me."

Erich added that his parents were "surprised" at how strong his feelings were for Gabby, explaining: "Because that's all they want, too, is for me to be happy, and for me to be with somebody like you."

Gabby had bonded with Erich's family, including his dad, Allan, who had terminal cancer at the time and passed away on July 6.

The Bachelorette continues on ABC.
