Britney Spears has revealed that the string of A-listers who attended her June wedding actually surprised her on the day.
The pop star married her long-term boyfriend Sam Asghari in June after five years of being together and some big-name stars made an appearance at the event at her former home in Thousand Oaks, California, including Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace and Drew Barrymore.
The 40-year-old has taken to Instagram to celebrate two months since the big day and told her followers that Gomez, Madonna, Barrymore and Hilton actually surprised her on the day.
"Guys just two months ago I got married ??? !!! Can you believe it ??? ??? Going to Disneyland soon, my happy place !!!" Spears began in her caption for a post featuring a snap of the dancefloor from her wedding reception.
She then namechecked the celebrities in attendance, adding: "This is the dance floor at my fairytale wedding before we danced ... this is our special car ... thank you @drewbarrymore, @selenagomez, @madonna, and @parishilton for surprising me !!!"
Spears also gave a shoutout to Only Murders in the Building star Gomez, and added: "Thank you to Selena for telling me all she wants is for me to be happy 3 times !!! It was a very, very, very special wedding !!!"
She also included a shot of Gomez in the last slide of the post.
The post has somewhat confused fans with many taking to the comments to try to figure out what Spears is implying in her caption.

Spears' latest remarks about Gomez come after she compared the singer to her mother Lynne Spears in an earlier post reflecting on the wedding.
On June 16, Spears captioned a photo of Gomez: "She came to my wedding. the three most beautiful women in hollywood ... @drewbarrymore, @parishilton ... I had no idea !!! I was SO HAPPY !!!"
She added, per Billboard, that Gomez "told me 'I just want you to be happy' three times," and Spears then pointed out that "My mother does that as well."
"It was so cool she was able to get to me and share her thoughts ... Although I've been forced to see people against my will my whole life ... she was a beautiful surprise !!!" wrote Spears.
"I appreciate ALL the mental health speeches she does for our generation ... Two hour specials with representatives ... You're such a special person and I had to share this picture ... I thought it would make her happy."
Gomez was previously asked about Spears' and Asghari's wedding celebration during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to which she replied: "I am really happy for her. It was beautiful."
