A new trend has found its way on the "For You Pages" of many as people try to get the butter, fly and butterfly emojis in a row.

Using a new filter on TikTok—that can be found in the trending filters when creating a new video—users have been either getting lucky or stressing out trying to get the emojis one after another.

To work the trend, one can start their video by pressing on their screen for one of the three emojis to pop up on the screen. The main goal is to get butter, then the fly, thus creating the compound word "butterfly."

TikTok user named @kneen3r_weiner shared their version of the trend using the popular voice-changing filter with a friend, trying their best to win the challenge.

"This had me screaming," one user commented.

"This was the best one I've seen," said another.

A user exclaimed, "This one. this is THE one."

"The FUNNIEST one I've seen yet [oh my God]," laughed a TikTok user.

"I enjoyed this a little too much," another said.

User @caraline5234 added her version of the trend, also using one of the voice filters. She has received over 1.4 million likes and 9.3 million views. She and her friends take turns in hopes of being successful.

"Bro this has me rolling," one user commented.

"Why was this so funny," a user questioned.

One wrote, "Girl in the back is cracking me up!"

"Our laughs at the end," user @jennaandseth captioned their video. The couple take turns trying to get the emojis in a row before the video ends. The video received over 47,000 likes and 300,000 views.

"You guys are so funny," one wrote.

Another user pointed out, "When you got it without realizing."

Another user who attempted the trend is @ihatebriannachickfry—gaining over 1 million views and 195,000 likes for the video. Before the video ended, she succeeded in the challenge.

"You guys sound like you should be on south park," one TikTok user mentioned when discussing the voice filter.

"I really love the voice change. I hope it has a long shelf life," a user said.

"I've watched this 5 times," another admitted.

"This trend really makes me laugh like no other," one admitted.

A lucky user named @_.haleyduff._ got the emojis in a row on her first try, receiving over 828,000 likes and over 1 million views.

"She wanted the struggle," a user admitted.

Another exclaimed, "WHY WAS IT SO EASY FOR YOU!!! I struggled!"

Other trends that have been popular on TikTok include a filter that makes one's eyes look closed even when they're open, a voice filter that the internet finds hilarious and people channeling their inner Miranda Priestly from The Devil Wears Prada.
