HBO Max revealed in October all seasons of Chappelle's Show would be available for viewing on its streaming platform come November. Netflix also announced plans to release episodes of comedian Dave Chappelle's iconic Comedy Central series, and like HBO Max, made good on its promise by adding a plethora of Chappelle's Show content to its expansive streaming library on the first of the month.

However, there is at least one famous episode of the sketch comedy series that won't be available for fans' binge-watching pleasure: Season 2, episode 6, titled, "The Internet & Moment in the Life of Lil Jon."

The episode was not included in the package when ViacomCBS—Comedy Central's parent company—first signed over the non-exclusive streaming rights of Chappelle's Show to HBO Max and Netflix earlier in 2020 due to its connection with disgraced adult film star Ron Jeremy, according to a Daily Beast report on Friday. The episode was reportedly removed from Comedy Central's streaming platform and CBS All Access—another ViacomCBS-owned entity—following Jeremy's arrest on sexual assault charges in June.

Newsweek has reached out to HBO Max and Netflix for further comment.

Jeremy made a guest appearance on Chappelle's Show back in February 2004. In the episode—which includes the first installment of the fan-favorite sketch "When Keeping it Real Goes Wrong"— Chappelle is essentially transported to a physical realm of the internet inside of a computer in the sketch, "If the Internet Was a Real Place." Jeremy gives Chappelle a tour of the AI universe and invites him to watch Paris Hilton's leaked 2001 sex tape.

Over the summer, Jeremy was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault including, "11 forcible rape counts, six counts of forcible oral copulation, eight sexual battery by restraint counts, five counts of forcible penetration by a foreign object, and one count each of sodomy, assault with the intent to commit rape, assault with the intention to commit forcible penetration digitally, penetration by a foreign object on an unconscious victim, and lewd conduct with a 15-year-old girl," according to documents filed by Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in June.

If convicted, the 67-year-old could be sentenced to serve up to 330 years in state prison. He is currently behind bars in a California state prison after failing to pay $6.6 million in bail.

Jeremey has long denied all accusations of wrong-doing and entered a not guilty plea on all charges. He's expected to appear in court for a preliminary hearing in December.
