'Cutest Thing I've Ever Seen': Dog Pulling Puppy Around On Sled Sparks Joy

The blossoming bond between a young dog and his puppy companion was on display for all the world to see in a series of adorable videos showing the bigger canine pulling his small pooch pal around their owner's garden on a sled.

Footage of Brady and Mac was first shared to TikTok by their human companion posting under the handle bradymac15.

In the two videos, which have racked up over 1.2 million views combined, Brady can be seen dragging Mac, who is significantly smaller, around on a plastic sled using a rope clenched firmly between his teeth.

The first clip can be seen here.

While the journey may be a little bumpy in places, it's clear Mac is enjoying the ride, with their adorable escapades together not entirely dissimilar to the kind of scene that plays out in yards across the U.S.

The only difference being that this is a doggy duo rather than two human siblings.

However, if the footage is anything to go by, it seems Brady and Mac are considered very much part of the family - and that's not entirely surprising.

A 2014 study conducted by researchers from Massachusetts General Hospital identified that the bond between dog and human companion is extremely similar to maternal love.

The theory stemmed from an experiment involving a group of women with a young child and a dog of at least two years. Each was shown images of their dog and children while a scanner monitored their brains for signals of affection.

What they found was that the dogs and children familiar to them elicited the same strong emotional response.

While there's little doubt that Brady and Mac's owner shares a strong emotional bond with her two pet pooches, it looks like the canine pair are quite fond of each other too.

In the clips, Brady can be seen using the sled to help Mac traverse down a tricky set of wooden steps.

It doesn't always go to plan, with the sled derailing on a couple of occasions, but for many watching along it was simply the thought that counted.

A second video of them sledding slightly more successfully can be watched here.

Rebecca Peterson wrote: "I love when pups come up with unique ways of entertaining themselves" on one of the clips with odreyyyp noting: "They are just like kids." Carleejacobuys said it was the "cutest thing I've ever seen" while

Kjo_love ailed the puppy pair as "best friends forever." For Serenosays the clip reminded her of "every pair of siblings riding their mattress down the stairs" with Irene Nicole adding: "I could watch them all day."

Mydogandme_327 called it a "priceless moment" while Heather Cassidy loved the way "They were acting just like two little boys up to no good!"
