An adorable video showcasing a dad and daughter's close bond has gone viral.

The sweet montage of videos has melted the hearts of the internet as dad John can be seen "showing up" for his daughter, who shared the video to her TikTok account, wholesome.mils.

"No matter how busy he is with work, he always shows up for me. I am so grateful for him," the daughter wrote in a caption to the video, which praised her father for making cakes for his family and friends on their birthdays, insisting on carrying her bags, and making her "cry with laughter" every day.

The video has received over 161,000 likes and more than 764,000 views since being posted on September 6.

It is clear this father and daughter duo idolize each other and it has attracted a strong emotional reaction from many TikTokers.

In a popular comment that has been liked by 1,750 others, user Char said: "This brought me to tears.. so happy you have a loving dad in your life. I pray that you two get to make more memories together."

According to a non-profit organization called The National Fatherhood Initiative, there are many strengths of a father's presence in their child's life such as a low risk of criminal activity or turning to drugs and alcohol abuse along with teen pregnancy.

A survey by Statista revealed 40 percent of 690 Americans have a "very good" relationship with their father.

John has been complimented by many who are singing his praises.

The original poster agreed and pointed out her dad's high standards have made it "literally impossible for future men."
