Fans of Noah Centineo, prepare for your hearts to break.

Centineo is believed to be dating Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou, a social media influencer, YouTuber, and model.

Karanikolaou is also well known as the best friend of Kylie Jenner. The pair have known each other for nearly a decade and have collaborated together for Jenner's lip kit range.

Karanikolaou has also modeled for Good American, the jean brand started by Jenner's sister, Khloe Kardashian.

Speaking to Teen Vogue about her friendship with Karanikolaou, Jenner gushed: "You've [Karanikolaou] been the most consistent and loyal friend in my life. I feel like without you, I wouldn't be the person I am today. Because I wouldn't be weird anymore. I'd be trying to be normal."

Centineo and Karanikolaou are believed to have begun dating at the end of 2020 and have preferred to keep their relationship out of the public eye.

In June 2020, fans noticed a flirty exchange between the pair under one of Karanikolaou's Instagram posts.

In the photo, Karanikolaou is lounging in a red and black jacket that had also appeared in many of Centineo's posts. "Give me my damn jacket back woman," Centineo commented below the picture to which Karanikolaou responded, "What are you talking about, it's my jacket."

In October 2020, the pair were spotted leaving a Halloween party holding hands, confirming for many fans that they were together.

In October 2022, Karanikolaou attended the premiere of Noah's movie, Black Adam, where he starred alongside Dwayne Johnson and Pierce Brosnan.

Followers of Karanikolaou on Instagram would have spotted her Instagram story, where she wrote, "My boy's a superhero woo" and tagged Centineo alongside a heart emoji.

The couple was also the subject of rumors on the celebrity gossip Instagram account @deuxmoi which alleged in a post the two secretly got married in Las Vegas. Neither Karanikolaou nor Centineo has confirmed the rumors.

Centineo was previously in a relationship with Sports Illustrated model and ballet dancer Alexis Ren between 2019 and 2020.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight in October 2020, Ren opened up about their April 2020 split. "I wanted a better relationship with myself after that," she said. "That was definitely the conversation I had. I was like, 'How can I now treat myself better? I think, a lot of people when a breakup happens—think it's our fault. We think we could have done things better. We could have done this. And for me, it was like, 'OK, the universe wants me to focus on myself,' and I can totally do that."

He was also in a relationship with Shameless actress Angeline Appel between 2016 and 2018.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight in early 2020, Centineo shared his most important dating rule.

He said: "I think honesty is the biggest thing. Just be open about where you're at. If you're not into monogamy, talk to the person and be like, 'Hey, just so you know, I'm really digging this vibe, but I'm not trying to be boyfriend and girlfriend or be tied down. It's not where I'm at. If you're cool with that, great. If you're not, let's be friends.' Then no one gets hurt."

"Or if you're into monogamy just date [and] see how it goes and then be like, 'Yo it's been real. We should totally take this to the next level.'"

The Recruit is streaming on Netflix now.
