Does Pete Davidson Appear in Hulu's 'The Kardashians'?

The long-awaited first episode of Hulu's The Kardashians is out now, with episodes set to air every Thursday on Hulu and Disney+. In the first episode, audiences are treated to a small recap of the famous sisters' love lives.

Kourtney Kardashian is dating Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker; Kylie Jenner is still with rapper Travis Scott and is pregnant with their second child; Kendall Jenner is still dating basketballer Devin Booker and Khloé Kardashian is co-parenting her 4-year-old daughter True with on-and-off boyfriend and True's father, basketballer Tristan Thompson.

In the first episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian is in the middle of her divorce from rapper Kanye West, now known as Ye (she filed for divorce in February 2021). However, since filming for The Kardashians began, Kim has met Pete Davidson and struck up a romance, going Instagram official in March 2022, shortly after she was declared legally single.

Kim and Davidson have been going strong ever since and audiences want to know if he will appear in The Kardashians Season 1. Newsweek has everything you need to know.

Does Pete Davidson Appear in Hulu's The Kardashians?

No, Pete Davidson does not appear in the first season of The Kardashians.

The good news is, it looks like Kim has no problem whatsoever talking about her romance with Davidson in the new series, so hopefully fans will get to hear a little bit more about their relationship.

With The Kardashians on Hulu set to cover Kim's appearance on SNL back in October 2021—where she and Pete shared a kiss as part of a sketch—it will be nearly impossible not to address their relationship.

Even better, in an interview with Variety, Kim did not rule out Davidson ever appearing on the reality series, despite his absence from Season 1. After all, she did take him as her date to the show's premiere, marking their red carpet debut.

She said: "I have not filmed with him. And I'm not opposed to it. It's just not what he does. But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn't tell the cameras to get away. I think I might film something really exciting coming, but it wouldn't be for this season."

As seen in the trailer for the entire season, Kim is asked by one of the producers who she is texting and if his name rhymes with "feet". Kim does not reply in the trailer clip, but she is seen smiling and giggling before she gives her answer.

Her mom, Kris Jenner is also heard saying in the trailer: "This is a relationship that I don't think anybody saw coming" before cutting to a clip of Kim and Davidson kissing during an SNL skit dressed as Aladdin and Jasmine on a magic carpet.

In the first episode, Kim recalls the first time she met Davidson ahead of her SNL appearance at the MET when she told him she was stressed about hosting the show to which he replied: "Can you read cue cards? You are good."

Fans of The Kardashians will also not see Caitlyn Jenner in the new series, much to the surprise of Caitlyn herself.

Taking to Twitter on March 11, on the day the trailer for The Kardashians was released, Caitlyn wrote it was "unfortunate to not be given the opportunity to continue" with the reality series.

She said: "I was there when this started from day one. I watched it grow. And doing the show for almost 20 seasons was one of the highlights of my life. To be able to work with my family for all those years, and connect with the fans, it was incredible. Happy that it continues for my family.

"Of course at the same time it is unfortunate to not be given the opportunity to continue with the show. With that said, I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am for my family that it continues!"

In a follow-up tweet, she said she was "shocked to learn through the press" she was not included in the show, writing: "Of course no bad blood. I love my family and am thrilled for the show continuing. But I was shocked to learn through the press that I was explicitly excluded from the new show."

Although Caitlyn doesn't feature, fans will see Travis Barker make his The Kardashians debut and Ye is set to make an appearance here and there alongside Corey Gamble, Malika Haqq and Kris Jenner's grandchildren.

At the moment, it is unknown if Rob Kardashian, the Kardashian-Jenner sisters' brother, will make an appearance. Fans will have to wait and see.
