As the nights grow colder, dog owners are likely to be grateful for their canine companions, who can add an extra layer of warmth to their beds. But, once a dog gets used to these sleeping arrangements, it can be hard for them to go back to their own bed.
Five-year-old Leo knows full well that he won't be disturbed if he falls asleep on his owner's bed. However, Leo's acting skills need some work as he has forgot to do one thing. In a November 25 viral video posted by Samantha Welborn, the English Labrador can be seen lying on his back in the middle of the bed. He can be heard snoring but he has forgotten to close his eyes.

Welborn, 31, told Newsweek: "Even though I could tell he wasn't asleep, he was blinking and moving his eyebrows. I let him stay where he was.
"Most nights, I find him taking up the majority of my bed. I don't have the heart to make him get off, so I do my best to negotiate some room for myself," Welborn added.
So far, the hilarious video of Leo pretending to be asleep has racked up more than 614,000 views on TikTok. The text layered over the clip reads: "Smart enough to know that I don't usually make him move if he's snoring but not smart enough to close his eyes."
Welborn said: "He is capable of falling asleep just about anywhere. I've even heard him snoring on my raft as we've gone through a class three rapid. However, he does prefer to have a pillow.
"Leo attended service-dog school at Paws for Purple Hearts. I adopted him after he was released from their program. While he might not have had all of the necessary traits to become a service dog, he's still the most intelligent dog I've known, and he definitely has me figured out," she said.
"Leo's personality gets him attention everywhere we go. He knows how to work people," Welborn added.
TikTok users have fallen in love with Leo, and many are vouching for the canine.
One posted: "He is definitely sleeping I don't know why you would think anything else."
"He's on an undercover mission," wrote another.
A third commented: "He's not faking. He's blissfully asleep!!"
