Donald Trump, Candace Owens Photo Goes Viral

Donald Trump attended UFC 299 on Saturday and now a photo of him with Candace Owens is going viral online.

When the former president walked into the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida, he was flanked by UFC president Dana White. His surprise appearance was received warmly by the crowd, as videos circulating online showed attendees appearing to shout "F*** Joe Biden" during the event.

Following his rally that morning, Trump had traveled from Rome, Georgia, to watch the Bantamweight fight between Sean O'Malley and Marlon Vera and sat cageside with the Kushners.

Owens took the opportunity to take a selfie with Trump, which she uploaded to X (formerly Twitter) alongside a photo with White and Patrick Bet-David, the host of PBD Podcast.

"It's fight night. Fighters only," she captioned the photos. At the time of writing, the post had been viewed 999,500 times.

Newsweek emailed spokespeople for Trump and Owens for comment Tuesday.

People took to the comments to praise the former president and the conservative political commentator.

"All the stars are out in Miami, but of course, the crowd loves Trump showing up for the main card," one person wrote.

"Beautiful to see. Good people unite to change things," said another.

"What a solid group," added a third user.

Bet-David also commented on the post, writing: "Great night! Future looks bright."

However, others jumped at the opportunity to criticize Owens.

"You're a pathetic grifter," one person commented.

"This is what you want, isn't it—faux fame. We see you for what you are," said another user.

This isn't the only post from the event that has gone viral as footage of Trump appearing to ignore his grandson at the UFC match is gaining traction.

In the clip shared to X by Meidas Touch editor and Trump critic Ron Filipkowski, the former president greets fans while Kid Rock's "American Badass" roars over the speakers.

Spotting his daughter Ivanka Trump, the Republican politician pulls her in for a hug before shaking hands with her husband Jared Kushner. However, as his grandson begins to move towards him, Trump walks away, leaving the child looking dejected.

As the business mogul continues to address the crowd, Ivanka can be seen over his shoulder grinning. However, her expression quickly changes as she comforts her son.

Since being posted on Tuesday, the clip has received over 450,000 views.

Alongside the video of Trump, Filipkowski wrote: "Now I see what Ivanka was so p*****. Trump blew off his own grandson while he was mugging with B List celebrities and the kid was pretty bummed out. This is who he really is behind the fake show."

During the rally in Georgia on Saturday, Trump hit out at Biden, with the pair being presumptive candidates in the 2024 general election.

The Republican blasted the president for getting murder victim Laken Riley's name wrong during his State of the Union address, calling her "Lincoln Riley."
