Frank Langella has been terminated from his role in the Netflix series The Fall of the House of Usher due to alleged misconduct on set.
The investigation into alleged misconduct on set was made public by Deadline, Variety and The Hollywood Reporter, who all confirmed that the 84-year-old actor will no longer be starring in the eight-episode limited series.
The investigation found that Langella "had been involved in unacceptable conduct on set," per Deadline.
A Netflix spokesperson has since confirmed the report to NBC News.
Langella has been accused of sexual harassment and making inappropriate comments to a woman co-star on set.

The Frost/Nixon star had been cast as Roderick Usher in the horror series, which is inspired by the works of Edgar Allan Poe. The project is mid-way through production and footage featuring Langella will now be reshot and his role recast.
Newsweek has contacted Langella's representatives for comment.
TMZ first reported earlier this week that an investigation was taking place into Langella's conduct on set.
Carla Gugino, Mary McDonnell, Carl Lumbly and Mark Hamill are also starring in The Fall of the House of Usher, which is helmed by Mike Flanagan of The Haunting of Hill House fame.
Langella, an Oscar-nominated actor, is perhaps best known for his roles in Dracula in 1979 and as Richard Nixon in Peter Morgan's Frost/Nixon and as André in Florian Zeller's The Father.
In other news, Game of Thrones actor Joseph Gatt has broken his silence after being arrested amid allegations he sent sexually explicit messages to a minor.
The actor was taken into custody on April 6 by officers serving in the Juvenile Division, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The task force received information Gatt had been "engaged in online sexually explicit communication with a minor across state lines," according to the LAPD.
Gatt took to Twitter on Wednesday evening, a week after his arrest, to profess his innocence, calling the accusations "categorically wrong and reckless."
He wrote: "I obviously want to address the absolutely horrifying and completely untrue allegations recently leveled against me. They are 100 percent categorically wrong and reckless.
"I have confirmed errors and misleading information in today's press release. I am fully cooperating with police and LAPD to get to the bottom of this.
"I look forward to clearing my good name. Thank you to all my friends and supporters who know that this is untrue and understand for legal reasons I cannot comment further on social media."
