French bulldog Quinn keeps her family entertained with an unusual skill she has picked up: playing Swingball by herself.
The family from Wales told Newsweek that they are unable to play Swingball in the yard without the dog trying to join in. Quinn loves the game so much that they have to hide the ball out of reach on top of the stand to stop her heading out to play by herself.

French bulldogs by nature are playful dogs and known to excel at canine sports, though not usually Swingball. The breed, according to the American Kennel Club, enjoys taking part in sports such as obedience, agility and rally.
The video of Quinn was submitted to Newsweek by her family, who joked: "Who needs a partner to play Swingball when you're a smart Frenchy?"
The footage shows Quinn consistently hitting the ball with her head, flinging it around the Swingball set to the other side. With no one to compete with her, Quinn took it upon herself to play both parts, perfectly knocking the ball in each direction.
"My husband bought the Swingball set in lockdown to add a bit more fun to the garden for (our daughter) Olivie. Quinn was instantly intrigued with there being a ball attached as she loves any type of ball," owner Jayd Hetherington told Newsweek.
"After watching the first couple of games, she soon wanted to try it herself! She got the hang of what to do pretty quickly within the first few minutes.
"We struggle to have a game without her wanting to be involved. We have to put the ball on top of the stand, or she will play it all the time," said Hetherington.
Quinn was welcomed into the family in 2017, and the Hetheringtons describe her as "mischievous, curious, playful and fun to be around" since the first day.
"My daughter Olivia, 7, loves to dress Quinn up and push around in her old doll's pram! Some of the things they get up to are hilarious. The dog just wants to be involved in everything she is doing. They have such a brilliant bond," said Hetherington.
Although Quinn might be one of the most entertaining sport-loving dogs, she's certainly not the first.
In 2021, a corgi went viral for her love of basketball. Like Quinn, Lilo learnt her skill of shooting hoops in lockdown. She began playing with balloons when she was unable to socialize with other dogs, due to social-distancing measures.
