Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee have published a 1,000-page report which seems to lay the groundwork on how a GOP-led Congress will attempt investigations and inquiries into President Joe Biden.
The report, based on whistleblower testimony, alleged that the Biden administration has politicized the FBI and Department of Justice, with the agencies unfairly targeting conservatives while turning a blind eye to left-wing misconduct and crime.
The report claims that the FBI and DoJ has taken part in "rampant corruption, manipulation, and abuse" under Biden's watch.
The document, entitled "FBI Whistleblowers: What Their Disclosures Indicate About The Politicization Of The FBI And Justice Department" details allegations involving Joe Biden son, Hunter Biden, of "inflating statistics" about domestic violent extremism while ignoring acts carried out by far-left antifa activists, and makes claims of spying against former president Donald Trump.

Around 50 pages of the report detail the allegations of misconduct in the FBI and DOJ, some of which are repeated claims from the GOP down the years, with the rest containing hundreds of pages of copies of letters that House Republicans have sent to DOJ officials and federal figures.
Ohio rep. Jim Jordan, who will become chairman of the House Judiciary Committee in 2023 if the GOP wins control of the chamber in the midterms, has already indicated he intends to make Biden's life difficult for the remainder of his presidency.
The allegations listed in the House Judiciary Committee report would appear to serve as a road map for how Jordan and a GOP-controlled House will justify such attempts.
Manipulated Jan. 6 To Make Threat Of Domestic Terror Seem Larger, Ignored Child Sex Cases
One of the report's main disputes is how the DoJ and FBI have allegedly prioritize investigations surrounding the January 6 attack at the Capitol above all other inquiries.
The report suggests that federal agencies have overplayed the threat of far-right domestic terrorism in the U.S., with the whistleblowers describing how FBI leadership pressured agents to reclassify cases as domestic violent extremism even if the matter does not meet the criteria.
The whistleblowers, according to the report, also claimed the FBI is "misrepresenting" the scale of domestic violent extremism nationwide by categorizing January 6-related investigations as "organic cases stemming from local field offices" rather than related to one single incident.
"In both ways, the FBI is fueling the Biden Administration's narrative that domestic violent extremism is the biggest threat to our nation," the report adds.
One whistleblower added the FBI is "sacrificing" its other law-enforcement inquiries to focus on those linked to the Capitol riot.
"The whistleblower recalled, for example, being 'told that child sexual abuse material investigations were no longer FBI priority and should be referred to local law enforcement agencies,'" the report states.
"This decision to ignore such serious crimes [is a] dereliction of the FBI's mission to investigate violations of federal laws [and a] disservice to the victims of child sexual abuse crimes."
Ignored Hunter Biden Misconduct for Years
The GOP also appears to be prepared to use allegations surrounding President Biden's son Hunter Biden's business dealings when the Democrat was vice president, and whether these relationships amounted to conflict of interest.
The report suggests that there is evidence that for the last two years Hunter Biden has received "preferential treatment" from federal law enforcement who seem to have "turned a blind eye to the potential national security threats presented by his business dealings with Chinese, Russian, and other foreign nationals."
The GOP also appear ready to delve further into allegations the FBI may have "colluded" with Facebook to keep a New York Post story about Hunter Biden and his laptop from appearing in people's newsfeed in the days running up to the 2020 Election.
"The way the FBI has approached the allegations concerning Hunter Biden and the Biden family is especially striking when considered alongside public information about how the FBI leadership has aggressively used law enforcement authorities against conservatives," the report states.
Spying On Trump Campaign/Unprecedented Mar-a-Lago Raid
The report also appears to suggest the GOP is prepared to go after the FBI and DoJ over the search for classified documents at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
The House Judiciary Committee accuse the search, which arrived following repeated attempts to retrieve the classified materials, of being an "unprecedented raid" on a former president's home
"The FBI's use of such aggressive law enforcement tactics against a political opponent of the Biden Administration is another indication of how the FBI is guided by political considerations," the report states.
The GOP also believes there is ground to investigate the FBI over repeatedly debunked claims that the FBI spied on the Trump campaign in 2016.
Allowing Attacks on Anti-abortion Facilities
In the report, the GOP accused authorities of a "double standard" with regards to how they investigate attacks at abortion clinics while "ignoring" other acts of vandalism towards anti-abortion establishments.
The report lists dozens of examples anti-abortion facilities being targeted, including the Pregnancy Medical Clinic in Hialeah, Florida being with spray-painted with the words "If abortions aren't safe neither are you," in July 2022.
"The Justice Department would rather cater to the anti-life movement than aid facilities that protect pregnant women in need," the report said. "There is no indication this double standard is an aberration."
Speaking to Fox News after the report was published, congressman Jordan said it shows "how bad things have gotten" at the FBI and the DOJ.
"It's all driven by politics now over there," Jordan said. "We live in the greatest country ever. But America is not America if you have a Justice Department that treats people differently under the law, it's supposed to be equal treatment under the law. That's not happening."
The White House, FBI and DoJ have been contacted for comment.
