Players can meet one of the Batman universe's most iconic villains, Harley Quinn, during the main first mission of the game, Batman's Last Case. When visiting Blackgate, players must interact directly with Quinn to learn more about the case the Caped Crusader was working on before he died. But once she gets out of Blackgate, Quinn seems to go back to her old ways.

Players can pick up the first portion of the Harley Quinn Villain Case after completing Batman's Last Case. Once completed, players will need to look for an objective in north Gotham that looks like an orange bomb on the map. Approach the destination and you'll kick off the first of three parts for the first subchapter of Quinn's case. During this event, you need to save citizens from bombs that are strapped to them.

The second part of the case can be found as an icon that looks like handcuffs in north Gotham, near Gotham Heights. This part of the case includes several enemies to defeat, and once completed, you'll move onto the third part of this subchapter of the Harley Quinn Villain Quest.

The third and final part of the first portion of the Harley Quinn case requires you to stop an armored truck robbery in north Gotham. This one can be found almost directly on the E in Gotham Heights when looking at the map. Stop the robbery and then travel to the Belfry to complete the subchapter and continue the story.
