If you've just started playing Splatoon 3, you're probably wishing you had any manner of ways to customize your Inkling or Octoling. Unfortunately, you'll have to play a bit before you can access the good stuff. Luckily, there's at least one piece of equipment you can nab rather quickly. Thanks to Nintendo, you can get a free Splashtag to use on your profile to show the world what type of player you are without playing a match.
There are tons of different ways to change up your character in Splatoon 3. That includes outfits, weapons, accessories and much more. In fact, Splatoon 3 has the most customization options available yet, and you'll find plenty of unique items to do that with as you progress through the ranks.
Splashtags are player customization options used to show your in-game nickname. You can customize your own with a variety of designs, badges and other titles. You'll unlock new options to deck out your Splashtag as you complete more of the game, and eventually you can make it as unique as you are.
