Everything's back to normal at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital on Season 16 of Grey's Anatomy—well, as normal as things can be. Following the disaster at Joe's Bar during the midseason premiere last week, the medical staff at Seattle's finest fictional hospital are back to work as usual and dealing with the drama of their day-to-day lives.

Personal battles will take a front seat for many of the doctors when Grey's Anatomy airs Episode 11 on Thursday. The episode, "A Hard Pill to Swallow," may bring some especially tumultuous moments for physicians Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) and Atticus Lincoln (Chris Carmack).

In a teaser video for the episode, mom-to-be Amelia finally sits Link down for a talk about their growing bundle of joy and reveals some shocking news: The baby may not be his.

"There's a chance that you aren't the father," Amelia reveals in the clip. "It took me a few days to work up the nerve to tell you.

Link, appearing disappointed and stunned at the same time, already has an idea who the other father could be. "We're talking about Owen, right?"

The clip ends before Amelia can respond, but fans have long known there was a chance Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) may be the father.

Earlier in Season 16, Amelia discovered she was further along in her pregnancy than she originally thought—24 weeks instead of 20. Although she has been married, divorced, back sleeping with Owen and broken up again, the new timeline of Amelia's pregnancy does align with her last few hookups with him.

The baby triangle is sure to complicate things for all three doctors, but they aren't the only ones at Grey Sloan Memorial who will be feeling the rising tension on Thursday's episode.

The episode synopsis also teased trying times for Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo). The newest doctor to hit the pediatrics floor, Cormac Hayes (Richard Flood), has been giving her the goo-goo eyes since he arrived at the hospital, but despite her instant attraction to McWidow—as Grey's Anatomy fans have dubbed the new character—she may still have Dr. Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) on the brain.

Meanwhile, Dr. Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) may finally get to the root of why his daughter, Dr. Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary), quit her job. And Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) finally returns to the hospital following the loss of her baby.

Grey's Anatomy airs on ABC on Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST.

Viewers can live stream the episode on ABC's website and app. A cable provider login is needed to access the stream. Those with Hulu + Live and YouTube Live subscriptions can catch the episode on those platforms.
