A video of a man ranting about the supposed decline of America after he allegedly decapitated his "traitor" father has emerged online.

Justin Mohn, 32, was arrested at Fort Indiantown Gap in Pennsylvania on Tuesday night after the discovery of a body at a home in Bucks County. The victim is believed to be his father Michael.

Speaking in a video posted on X, formerly Twitter, by the ChudsOfTikTok account, Mohn said: "He [the father] is now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country. It is said that those who commit treason and betray others occupy the lowest pits of hell for all time."

The video was originally posted to YouTube by Mohn, who is said to have held up his father's severed head in a bag just before his rant began.

He went on to blame President Joe Biden and the current U.S. administration for the "destruction" of the economy and the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border.

"The federal government of America has declared war on America's citizens and the American states. America is rotting from the inside out as far-left woke mobs rampage our once prosperous cities turning them into lawless zones," Mohn continued.

"Taxpayer dollars are printed and used for anything but the taxpayers with little to no accountability, which has inflated the economy to near destruction and has made it so most Americans can no longer afford the American Dream. Meanwhile, a fifth column army of illegal immigrants infiltrates our border."

He branded the current administration as the "traitorous Biden regime" before the clip cuts off mid-sentence.

Newsweek has contacted the Bucks County District Attorney's Office for comment via the contact form on its website.

Mohn, who is from Levittown, Pennsylvania, was found by police in Fort Indiantown Gap on Tuesday after he posted about the killing on YouTube. Charges have not been filed, according to The Philidelphia Inquirer.

The victim is believed to be his father, Michael, a long-time federal employee. Reports have indicated Mohn held up the head of his father in the YouTube video, which has since been removed from the platform.

Middletown Township Police responded to a call from the 100 block of Upper Orchard Drive at around 7p.m. on Tuesday where they discovered the body of a victim in his 60s in an upstairs bathroom, according to a report by Action News Philidelphia. Newsweek has contacted the force via the contact form on its website for clarification.

Mohn was tracked down by police and arrested in Fort Indiantown Gap, about 100 miles from the crime scene. Action News Philidelphia has reported that he fled the property in his father's vehicle.

According to court documents, Mohn attended Pennsylvania State University between 2010 and 2014. In 2022 he filed a complaint against the Department of Education alleging they "negligently and fraudulently induced him to borrow money to pay for his education without sufficiently warning him of the possibility that he would face a difficult job market and could be unable to pay back his [student] loan."

Mohn complained that he was perceived as an "overeducated, white male" which made it difficult to get a job with a salary that would help him pay back his debts. His complaint was dismissed.
