Justin Mohn, a 32-year-old man who was arrested for allegedly decapitating his father, filed a lawsuit against the United States after he couldn't get a job as an "overeducated white man," according to court documents.

Mohn was arrested on Tuesday night in Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania after police found a man dead in a Levittown home about two hours away. He was charged with first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and possession of an instrument of crime with intent.

Sources familiar with the investigation told The Philadelphia Inquirer that the victim was Mohn's father, Michael, and that his head had been removed. Mohn allegedly posted a graphic video on YouTube displaying a severed head that he said belonged to his father.

Mohn graduated from Penn State University in May 2014 with a bachelor's degree in agribusiness management, which he paid for with student loans. He claimed that he struggled to find and keep a job after leaving college.

In a lawsuit filed by Mohn in August 2022, he argued that he should get more than $10 million from the United States because his degree "did not lead to better jobs or higher pay, but rather disadvantaged him because he was perceived as an 'overeducated, white male' and 'affirmative action' policies hurt his career chances," according to court documents filed in March 2023.

The documents said that Mohn "alleged that the obligation to make payments on his student loan led to mental anguish, emotional distress, financial strain, lack of savings, and debt, all of which allegedly impacted his quality of life."

This was the fourth time Mohn tried to sue the United States on the claims and all four have been rejected by the courts. The fourth suit was dismissed by a United States District Court in December 2022 "for lack of jurisdiction and failure to state a plausible claim for relief," according to the documents. Mohn later appealed the decision, but it was upheld by an appellate court.

In the since-deleted YouTube video that allegedly showed his father's decapitated head in a bag, Mohn went on a rant about the Biden administration, blaming it for the "destruction" of the U.S. economy.

"The federal government of America has declared war on America's citizens and the American states. America is rotting from the inside out as far-left woke mobs rampage our once-prosperous cities turning them into lawless zones," Mohn said.

"Taxpayer dollars are printed and used for anything but the taxpayers with little to no accountability, which has inflated the economy to near destruction and has made it so most Americans can no longer afford the American dream. Meanwhile, a fifth-column army of illegal immigrants infiltrates our border."
