Celebrities including Meghan McCain and Josh Gad slammed Kanye West's controversial comments about Adolf Hitler and the Nazis.
West—who has formally changed his name to Ye—appeared on Alex Jones' InfoWars, where he said he "liked" Hitler and that the Nazis "did good things, too."
"We've got to stop dissing the Nazis all the time," Ye said at one point, while wearing a hood that covered his face, and later brandishing a giant net and a bottle of Yoohoo chocolate milk.

The backlash came swiftly, including from social media giant Twitter, which suspended Ye's account after he shared an image of a swastika blended with the Star of David— a symbol of Judaism.
Actor Josh Gad took to Twitter to condemn Ye's comments, saying he shouldn't be "allowed any oxygen" on social media.
"It's not what Kanye West says that scares me. It's that he has 30 million followers who listen to his insanity on top of a cheerleader in the form of the current owner of this platform. No one who says "I love Hitler" should be allowed any oxygen on any social platform (period)," he wrote.
TV pundit Meghan McCain was more pithy in her take on the matter.
"F*** Kanye and everyone who keeps giving him a platform," she wrote on her Twitter account.
They weren't the only ones to speak out against Ye's comments, with the Campaign Against Antisemitism describing them as "depraved rants."
A spokesperson for the Campaign Against Antisemitism told Newsweek: "Kanye West's putrid endorsement of Adolf Hitler and Nazis, and his denial of the genocide of 6 million Jewish men, women and children on conspiracist Alex Jones' show, followed by his grotesque image of a swastika over a Jewish Star of David, show that he has no shame. His disdain for Jews and his unhinged conspiracy theories about Jewish control echo those of the Nazi leader whom he so admires and shows that he has no place on social media platforms.
"In his quest for attention, Mr. West is in a rush to the bottom. His depraved rants against Jews and adoration for Hitler should be enough for social platforms to understand the damage that he does. All platforms must not merely suspend him or restrict him: they must remove him, and now he must be shunned like the pariah he has become."
During his controversial appearance on Jones' show alongside well-known Holocaust denier and white nationalist Nick Fuentes, Ye claimed Hitler had invented microphones and highways.
He also made disparaging comments about Jewish people and Israel, saying nobody knew the meaning of antisemitism until he recently started sharing conspiracy theories. At one point Ye even accused Jewish people of being pedophiles.
Ye also mocked Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu with what appeared to be a giant net and a bottle of YooHoo chocolate milk.
Conspiracy theorist Jones attempted to cut Ye off by saying "we don't like Nazis," but also said he believed there was a "Jewish mafia" controlling everyone.
He made aspersions to the "one world government" conspiracy theory used by antisemitic groups.
"I think most Jews are great people," Jones said. "But I agree there's a Jewish mafia."
"You've got a bit of a Hitler fetish going on," Jones added.
"It's not a fetish," Ye responded. "I just like information."
But Ye's controversial comments didn't stop there, with his recently reinstated Twitter account suspended once again over an incendiary post.
He shared an image of the swastika over the Star of David with the caption: "YE24 LOVE EVERYONE," but the tweet was removed shortly after.

Ye then tweeted, "Let's always remember this as my final tweet," with an unflattering image of Twitter's CEO Elon Musk on a yacht.
Musk responded by writing: "That is fine," in regards to the photo of him on the yacht, and added: "This is not," in response to the deleted swastika tweet.
He later confirmed he had suspended Ye's Twitter account over an "incitement to violence."
Ye had earlier posted a series of tweets praising Fuentes, but deleted them a short time after.
Following his controversial dinner at Mar-a-Lago with Donald Trump and Fuentes, Ye shared a video of the former president praising Fuentes.
He also deleted his tweets about far-right commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, who was present at the Mar-a-Lago meeting, and other tweets mentioning Fuentes.
The rapper has come under fire for a string of controversial, and specifically antisemitic, actions in recent months.
Ye lost billions in deals with Adidas and Balenciaga after they cut ties with him for tweeting among other things that he planned to go "death con 3 on Jewish people."
