Fans are hitting out at Khloé Kardashian over her latest swimsuit photo, calling the picture "disappointing" and "dangerous."

Kardashian is vacationing with sisters Kourtney and Kim in Turks and Caicos Islands, with the reality star sharing a snap of herself lounging on a beach to Instagram on Tuesday. Newsweek has reached out to Khloé Kardashian for comment via Instagram.

Cropping her head out of the picture, the 39-year-old donned a rose gold bikini and camo jacket as she soaked up the sun.

"This post is for me to be motivated!" Kardashian wrote alongside the photo. "Come on Khloé! You got this. Time to turn up the cardio and weights."

However, the caption upset several users, who told the mom-of-two: "Careful what messages you're sending to young women."

"This post is so sad. Disappointing," commented Serenity.

"Praying for all the girls who skip food today because they have compared their body to the one you've shamed," posted LozzaSav.

"Would you want your daughter to look in the mirror and not love what she sees just as she is? Show her that. Not this," wrote Pepper Saltzman.

"Dangerous message," added Cris Borges. "From my perspective, this pic shows a perfect person and many perfect girls might get your message and think they have a problem when they dont."

"Please consider the thousands of little girls seeing this and how it could affect their self esteem," commented Natalie Grace. "Love your body. You are missing an opportunity to create a movement of self love and acceptance for women and girls of all ages."

However, other users praised the photo, dubbing Kardashian as "body goals."

"Get it koko," posted @a_r_a_v_llc.

"I see no problems but consider me motivated," wrote Malika.

"And it's also for ME!!! Keeping inspiring," agreed Vero🇲🇽🇺🇸.

This isn't the first time the Kardashian-Jenner clan has been accused of plugging unrealistic body standards.

In March, Kim Kardashian was slammed by Instagram users after posting a photo in a corset.

The luxury item was designed by French fashion house Mugler, and featured the brand's signature sculpted bust, tiny waist and wide hips. However, followers slammed the American Horror Story actress for promoting "unhealthy proportions in women."

The 43-year-old previously sparked backlash after confessing she dropped 16 pounds to wear Marilyn Monroe's dress to the Met Gala in 2022. The iconic gown was worn by the actress in 1962, as she sang "Happy Birthday" to President John F. Kennedy at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Kylie Jenner's latest drop for her Khy fashion line also came under fire in February, after an Instagram promo promised sizes XXS-4X, but only showed smaller-sized models in the video.
