Angry fans are demanding a refund after it was announced that Kid Cudi will be replacing Kanye West at Rolling Loud.

On Sunday, July 17, the music festival's official Twitter page posted news of the change after the rapper, 45, dropped out at the last minute.

"Due to circumstances outside of our control, Ye will no longer be performing at Rolling Loud Miami 2022," they shared. "Please welcome @KiDCuDi!"

People quickly responded to the news, with many begging for their money back. "I want a f***ing refund," one concertgoer fumed.

A second agreed, writing: "Man, at this point @RollingLoud just GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! I invested too much into this that's bulls***."

A third added, "Booooooo give me my money back," and a fourth chimed in: "Bro I've already invested over $2,000 into my trip. I worked my a** off as an 18-year-old just to see my favorite artist of all time just for him to drop out days before. I can't describe how I'm feeling right now. All my merch says Kanye on it too."

That being said, at least one person was A-OK with the adjustment to the lineup. "With open ARMS we welcome Cudi," a separate commenter said.

The music fest is the "largest hip-hop festival in the world," according to Rolling Loud's website. Just five days before the "Praise God" artist - who now goes by Ye - was supposed to take the stage alongside 2 Chainz, Lil Yachty, Saweetie and more, he dropped out.

Following the surprising shakeup, Rolling Loud co-founders Tariq Cherif and Matt Zingler released a statement. "We were looking forward to Ye headlining Rolling Loud Miami 2022. We spent months working with him and his team on the performance. Unfortunately, Ye has decided that he will no longer be performing,"

The message continued: "This is the first time a headliner has ever pulled [out of] our show and though we don't take it lightly, we wish him the best. We look forward to welcoming Kid Cudi as a headliner in Miami and we can't wait to see what he has in store."

Some people predicted the Atlanta, Georgia, native would be a no-show. "I told y'all," tweeted one fan, who previously posted: "He ain't coming," in June 2022. A second said: "What's going on? Ye drops [out of] every festival damn."

In April, the father of four - who shares kids North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm with estranged wife Kim Kardashian - dropped out as Coachella's headliner with less than two weeks to go. Not long before, the Grammys canceled Ye's performance citing "concerning online behavior."
