Donald Trump's ex-adviser, Kimberly Guilfoyle, said Saturday that she wants conservative media personality Steve Bannon to work for the former president if he's reelected to the White House next year.

Guilfoyle, who now hosts The Kimberly Guilfoyle Show on Rumble, served as an adviser to Trump's 2020 election campaign and is also the fiancé of Trump's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. She is a vocal supporter of the former president, who is the GOP frontrunner for the 2024 presidential nomination.

Appearing on Bannon's War Room program, which is streamed on Real America's Voice, Guilfoyle said that Trump is going to win in 2024 and that Republicans who opposed him in the primaries will not get a job in his new administration.

"The primaries are a pathetic joke and for anyone who asks me, 'Are we gonna have any of these people involved? Let's make a big tent.' No, we only want the best and the brightest," Guilfoyle said. "Trump is gonna win. Get it together. Get your head on straight."

Guilfoyle continued: "None of those people, those fake Republican RINOs [Republican in name only], I'll throw the RNC [Republican National Committee] in there with that, all those people have to go. They're not gonna be part of our team. They suck. We're not gonna reward them. They're traitorous, they're disloyal and they're unqualified. So that's it. I've had enough with all of those people."

She then listed people who she does want to see a part of Trump's team, including Bannon.

"I know who I'd like in there. Let's get Bannon back in and Kash Patel and Mike Davis and Rick [sic] Grenell and Alina Habba and kick some a**."

Richard Grenell served as acting director of national intelligence for Trump in 2020 while Patel was an adviser to the former president. Davis, former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, is a staunch Trump supporter while Habba is currently representing Trump in his civil fraud case in New York.

Newsweek reached out to Trump's campaign team via email as well as Guilfoyle. Newsweek also reached out to Bannon's War Room via Instagram direct message for comment.

Bannon does have experience working in the Trump administration. He served as the White House's chief strategist early into Trump's presidency before leaving in August 2017.

At the time, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders released a statement saying that Bannon and chief of staff John Kelly had "mutually agreed" on "Steve's last day," while wishing him "the best."

Meanwhile, Bannon in a message last month on Gettr said that the former president will win reelection.
