Netflix's hit Korean dating show, Single's Inferno, is back for another season of real-life K-drama in December.

The series—which was the first Korean reality show to join Netflix's global top 10 ranking earlier in 2022, according to FlixPatrol, the streaming analytics company—sees a group of singletons spend several days together on a remote island and partake in a series of games on a quest for true love.

For each game round, the contestants compete for a chance to win a night in "paradise" at a luxury hotel away from the island with another player. Only those who chose each other at the end of each round get to experience the private hotel getaway as a couple.

Single's Inferno Season 2 Full Release Schedule

The second season of Single's Inferno premieres on Tuesday, December 13, with 10 episodes in total. New installments will be out every Tuesday and are expected to be released at 12 a.m. PST each week.

Where Is Single's Inferno Filmed?

Both seasons were shot on Saseungbong-do, a remote uninhabited island off the coast of Incheon, the major port city that is home to South Korea's international airport.

According to the Incheon Tour website, tourists can visit the island, where several popular Korean variety shows, such as Running Man, 2 Days 1 Night and Infinite Challenge (also known as Muhan Dojeon in Korean), have been shot. A boat at either the Incheon Coastal Passenger Terminal or Daebudo Island Bangameori Quay in Incheon will drop visitors off at Saseungbong-do.

As captured in the series, the island features a pristine sandy beach coast and is known as a "perfect location" for sunsets, according to the tourism website.

Those who get coupled up at the end of each round of the Single's Inferno competition get to escape the island and spend the night at the Paradise Hotel & Resort in Incheon.

The luxury hotel embodies "an artistic mood and relaxed ambience," as well as a Michelin-starred restaurant and of course a sprawling, "romantic "outdoor pool, according to its website, where several couples have exchanged flirty banter and intense gazes, while chatting the night away in the water.

Who Are the Single's Inferno Season 2 Cast Members?

Back in November, Netflix said that "the identities of the singles are being kept secret for now," and the show's trailer doesn't reveal the faces of the cast members.

However, the streamer promises there will be plenty of "joy, tears, fear of rejection" and "a healthy amount of spiciness" as real-life drama unfolds on the island in the second instalment of Single's Inferno.
