Kris Jenner Defends Fellow Over 65 Joe Biden Following His 'Senior Moments'

Kris Jenner is standing up for Joe Biden and his recent "senior moments," claiming she's guilty of the same things that he's been criticized for.

Jenner discussed the president with Bill Maher while appearing as a guest on his podcast, Club Random. The hour-long episode saw the pair talk about Jenner's life, family and career, but the topic of age prompted the talk of Biden.

Biden has come under fire for a number of gaffes recently including falling off his bicycle, and another where he called out for Representative Jackie Walorski, despite the fact that she died in a car crash almost two months prior.

Jenner, who is 67 years old, told Maher, 66, that the pair are approaching the stage where they'd both be called "elderly."

"Age is just a number," Jenner said as she and Bill were discussing how impressed they are with Joy Behar, who is still on the air at 80.

"Well, ok it's a number that can really f*** you up and make you look bad. I mean, ask Joe Biden." Maher replied. "Biden is actually doing a great job. But he's constantly getting s*** upon because he does little things like fall off his bike or call out the wrong name, or you know he does a little few senior moments."

Jenner stuck up for Biden saying she can relate to the president.

"I don't even say my own kid's name right. It all starts with a K, so I'm right there with you, Joe." She added, "I don't know anybody's name. I'm always falling off my bike."

Relating the criticism Biden gets to his own public perception, the host of Real Time with Bill Maher said: "I feel like when people watch me, I don't think they think 'this is the youngest guy' but they don't go 'oh I can't watch him anymore.'"

"No, I don't think that," Jenner told Maher. "I don't think you and then [...] an age pops up on the top of your head in bright lights."

Jenner isn't known for being outspoken on politics, but in January 2021 she congratulated Biden and vice president Kamala Harris on inauguration day.

The same "senior moments" discussed by Maher and Jenner were also discussed on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast with Rogan and his guest Iliza Shlesinger.

During that conversation in October, Rogan suggested there is evidence that Biden has dementia. "If you talk to any person who treats people with dementia and you show them what he used to be like versus what he's like now, there is clear evidence of cognitive decline," he said.

Jenner appeared on the latest episode of Club Random with Maher, a podcast that sees the comedian sit down with guests one on one in a nightclub setting that he built.

During a recent interview with Newsweek, Maher said he welcomes any guest into Club Random, regardless of whether or not he agrees with them. He revealed he's planning a sit down with Tucker Carlson, and would love to have Donald Trump join him.

"I'd love it. Are you kidding?" Maher told Newsweek. "That would be amazing. More than anyone else. Who's more important in the world right now? I mean, not in a good way in my view. Certainly no one has been harder on Donald Trump than me."
