The mayor of Juneau, Alaska—who was found dead inside his home on Monday afternoon—died of "natural causes," the state medical examiner has said.
Stephen "Greg" Fisk was elected to Juneau's top office in October. On Monday afternoon, his adult son found him collapsed on the floor of his home in the capital city, where he lived alone.
The preliminary autopsy report struck down rumors that Fisk was killed in an assault.
