Mega Millions Numbers For 07/24/20: Friday Jackpot Was Worth $124 Million

There was a jackpot winner from New Jersey for the $124 million jackpot. The next Mega Millions jackpot rolls back to the minimum of $20 million.

Friday night's 07/24/20 jackpot was for $124 million, with a cash-value option of $99.9 million.

The winning numbers on Tuesday (07/21/20) for the $113 million jackpot were: 14-25-26-41-43 with a Mega Ball of 15. The Megaplier was 3x.

There was no grand prize winner from Tuesday's drawing, nor were there any tickets sold that matched the first five white balls, and minus the gold Mega Ball, for the game's second prize of $1 million.

There were 15 tickets sold nationwide on Tuesday that matched four of the five white balls and the Mega Ball for the $10,000 third prize. Three of those purchased the Megaplier for an extra $1, which made their third-prize winnings worth $30,000.

The previous Mega Millions grand prize winner was Tuesday (06/09/20) for a $410 million jackpot. That winning ticket sold in Arizona was the 10th-largest Mega Millions jackpot in history.

The last grand prize winner before that was Tuesday 02/11/20 for $202 million with a ticket sold in New Jersey. Those have been the only two Mega Millions jackpot winners this calendar year.

The previous grand prize winner before that was Tuesday 12/17/19 for $372 million with a ticket sold in Ohio.

Prior to that, a $227 million ticket was sold on 09/24/19 in the city of Cedar Park, Texas—a suburb north of Austin. The winner from nearby Leander came forward to claim that prize, but they wished to remain anonymous.

Mega Millions is a multi-state lottery every Tuesday and Friday night, and it is one of America's two biggest lottery jackpot games.
