Mike Lindell Urges SCOTUS to 'Immediately' Reinstate Trump and 'Get Rid of Communists'

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to "immediately" vote to reinstate former President Donald Trump in the interest of eliminating "communists" from America.

During a segment on Lindell TV that was shared to Twitter on Monday by PatriotTakes, Lindell insisted that Trump "won" the 2020 presidential election in such an obvious manner that the justices will not even need to consider any evidence before putting Trump back in office. In reality, Trump lost the election to President Joe Biden by 74 Electoral College votes and more than seven million popular votes nationally.

"They don't even have to deliberate and say, 'what do you think of the evidence?'" Lindell said. "They're already going to say 'hello, it's a coffee cup!' I'm mean it's our, or it's a...like I've used the example, you know, is this a coffee cup?"

Lindell then briefly held a coffee cup in view of the camera before adding, "They all nine go, 'yes, this is all they...he kept from the election. Donald Trump won. We got to vote 9-0 immediately to pull this down and get rid of whatever...the communists who are here.'"

Lindell's timeframe for when the Supreme Court will make the unprecedented and inexplicable ruling is unclear. The pillow salesman and Trump loyalist previously stated that he believed the former president would be reinstated to the White House by August. However, he recently pushed back the date and said that Trump would be back in office "by fall, for sure."

The legal basis that Lindell believes the Supreme Court will use to remove Biden and reinstate Trump is also unclear. Legal experts have said that there is no constitutional basis for the court to issue any ruling that would put Trump back in office well after his 2020 opponent was certified the election's winner and inaugurated as president.

The earliest possible date that Trump could return to the presidency would be the presidential inauguration on January 20, 2025—provided he becomes the Republican Party nominee for president and wins the 2024 election.

While multiple recounts, reviews and audits have confirmed that no massive fraud took place in the 2020 election, Lindell insists that the contest was "hacked" by China and has vowed to present "non-subjective evidence" at a "cyber-symposium" that he will be hosting in August.

"Our country was attacked by China, the election was hacked," Lindell said during a press conference in Washington, D.C. on Friday. "We're gonna have a cyber-symposium. Which I'm bringing...I have all the packet captures from the election... that's 100 percent non-subjective evidence."
