My Son Hunter, a film that promotes the accusation that President Joe Biden profited from his son's allegedly nefarious international deals, is filled with outrageous moments from start to finish.
Veteran tough guy actor Robert Davi returns to the director chair for the third time in a film written by Brian Gadawa.
"I don't believe any voice should be held down in America, as the left is doing," Davi told Newsweek. "In Hollywood today, most conservatives are afraid to speak up. That has got to change."
The film repeatedly makes jibes at the Biden family, liberals and the media as it attempts to shed light on a story filled with conspiracy theories and political wrongdoing. The film appears to take inspiration from Martin Scorsese's Wolf of Wall Street as characters regularly turn to speak to the audience.

The film is based largely on the story of the "laptop from hell" that Hunter Biden mistakenly abandoned at a repair shop, and which included emails that conservatives say are proof that then-Vice President Biden profited from his son's "influence peddling."
The episode over the laptop, which also contained images of Hunter Biden using drugs and cavorting with women, is at the center of conservative accusations of a coordinated cover-up by Big Tech and mainstream media in the run-up to Biden's election 2020 victory over former President Donald Trump.
However, no evidence has emerged of wrongdoing by the president.
Hunter Biden has repeatedly asserted his innocence of accusations and his father has said he is "confident" that his son did not break the law, the White House has said.
The film plays into the controversial nature of its creation with the opening line "this is not a true story, except for all the facts," spoken by former Star Wars actress Gina Carano who plays a fictional secret service agent.
From there on out its filled with accusations of criminal activity against Hunter and Joe Biden, sex, drug misuse, scandal, exploitation and murder.
Mocking BLM Protest
One of the movie's opening scenes is set in December 2019 and focuses on a news report at a Black Lives Matter (BLM) protest.
A reporter on the scene describes the protest as people chant with picket signs and footage of looting and property damage is shown.
The news report banner reads "mostly peaceful BLM protests" in reference to a real-life incident in 2020 where a CNN report said demonstrations were "fiery but mostly peaceful," while stood in front of burning vehicles.

One of the central characters is also introduced in this scene, Grace, played by Emma Gojkovic, who speaks to the reporter and says she and the other liberal protesters are fighting oppression while also complaining "an orange man is tweeting out of his ass" in reference to Trump.
Grace is later revealed to be a stripper who befriends Hunter Biden, played by conservative activist Laurence Fox, who lost his bid for mayor of London in 2021.
The news story eventually cuts away from the protest after a scuffle appears to break out.
Returning to the character Grace and a friend she is protesting with, the pair discuss withholding footage from the protest as it could show a negative light on the Black Lives Matter movement.
The unnamed character also breaks into a rant saying "most people are too ignorant to understand complex moral issues," and concludes information must be withheld for their own good.
Hunter Biden's Drug, Party and Sex Exploits
The film also shines a direct light on Hunter Biden's past drug addiction and abuse. President Biden has spoken about his son's drug use and reaffirmed his confidence he will beat his addiction.
"He's gonna beat this. This kid, I'm tellin' ya," Biden said In 2019, during an interview with then-CNN's Chris Cuomo.
"Beau is my soul, Hunter's my heart. And Hunter's been through some tough times, but he's fighting. He's fighting. He's never given up. He's the most honorable, decent person I know."
My Son Hunter shows Fox's Hunter Biden repeatedly taking cocaine and shows flashbacks to parties with strippers.

In addition to this, it shows Hunter smoking through a crack pipe and taking a series of pills regularly while also telling his father Joe Biden, played by John James of Dynasty fame, that he has been sober for weeks.
At one point of absurdity during a drug-fuelled party, Hunter has a brief conversation with a dog at a party through viewable speech bubbles.
It is this intervention that compels Hunter Biden to realise the people in the room are not his friends and are using him.
While making multiple reference to Hunter Biden using the services of sex-workers, the film also paints him in a sympathetic light.
The story paints a picture of self-hatred and self-destruction all under the guise of inadequacy in the eyes of his father compared to his deceased brother Beau Biden, who died in 2015 of brain cancer at the age of 46.
Portrayal of Joe Biden
Joe Biden is mocked repeatedly throughout the film with embarrassing gaffes, like using the word "erection" instead of "election" while scalding Hunter over his laptop.
The film also plays into the allegations of sexual assault that Joe Biden has had to refute in his political careers.
In 2020, during his presidential campaign, Biden addressed the sexual assault allegations from 1993 from former Senate staffer Tara Reade.
"So I want to address allegations by a former staffer that I engaged in misconduct 27 years ago. They aren't true. This never happened," Biden said in a statement.
However, in Davi's film, Biden appears insincere about his concern over women's rights. At one point he forgets the name of the #MeToo movement, calling it the "I'm with her" movement.

In addition to this, Biden is seen sniffing the Carano's character's hair.
As well as this, Biden relishes in positive media coverage and rejoices at their negative portrayal of Trump. He also jokes about his insincerity as he mockingly tells the audience he knew nothing of his son's alleged illegal activities.
Persecution of the Uyghurs in China
Despite the comedic and accusatory nature of the film, there is a brief scene that addresses the allegations against China and its treatment of the Ugyhurs.
The scene is framed through the suggestion that Hunter Biden's work with Chinese businessman and supporters of the Communist Party has directly led to the torture and genocide of the Ugyhur people, however.
The United Nations has concluded that "serious human rights violations" have been committed by the Chinese Government against the Muslim Ugyhur people.
China says its program of "vocational education and training centers"—for the stated goal of re-educating and deradicalizing Xinjiang's population—has been wound down.
However, researchers found "the laws and policies that underpin it remain in place," pointing to instances of forced labor, mass surveillance and population control. Detention facilities were likened to concentration camps.
In the movie, Gojkovic's Grace tells Fox's Hunter Biden that she personally understands the suffering of the Ugyhur Muslims in a scene that takes on a more serious tone.
She said while her parents were missionaries in China her family sponsored families to get them asylum in the U.S. However, one woman has now stopped communicating with them and is thought to have been taken by the Chinese government and is presumed to be dead.
She added that China's consistent and thorough use of surveillance has allowed them to identify those fighting against the Communist party's rule, and target them. The scene went on to suggest that Hunter Biden may have known about the alleged torture by the Chinese.
Alternate History Ending
One of the most outrageous facets of My Son Hunter is the ending which offers an alternative history in America. After Grace implores Hunter to go public with all the information of his alleged wrongdoings, she wrestles with the decision to go to the press herself.
Eventually she decides to share her audio recordings of her conversations on social media but is met with attacks and accusations of being a Trump supporter.
Until, former New York City mayor and Trump ally, Rudy Giuliani shows interest in what she has to say. In this version of history, the audio recordings are released, and data found on Hunter's laptop results in his arrest.
Through another fictional news segment, a news anchor says this is bad news for Biden's presidential campaign.
Due to the knock-on effects, Donald Trump is re-elected as the President of the United States in a landslide victory, much to the elation of the news anchor.
Speaking to Newsweek, documentarians Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer spoke about the importance and significance of the movie in the current political climate.
"The Hunter Biden Laptop was a massive story that was intentionally censored by big media and big tech before the election, it's unprecedented. We made this movie to tell this story in a creative and fun way,"McElhinney said.
"We are getting a wonderful response, just check Twitter and our YouTube Channel. People seem to love the humor, they seem to be watching a different movie than the critics."
She also dismissed some critics reactions as "pathetic" and highlighted that some had proudly declared they hadn't seen the movie.
McAleer also noted that Hollywood "should have been lining up to tell this story."
"We just wanted this story out there. The story was suppressed and as journalists we just couldn't abide that," he said.
"I grew up in Northern Ireland during the troubles so the truth is important.
"The truth can do no harm, what happened before the last election was unprecedented. Big Tech and Big Media were proud to suppress a story. We are proud to be part of beating this censorship."
Newsweek has contacted the White House for comment.
