Is Never Have I Ever Getting a Season 3?

Yes, Never Have I Ever is getting a Season 3 and not only that, the teenage drama has been given the green light for Season 4 as well.

There is even more good news for fans as Never Have I Ever Season 3 is coming to screens a lot sooner than you might think.

Netflix has officially announced Never Have I Ever Season 3 will land on the streaming platform on Friday, August 12. There will 10 episodes in total that will all be released simultaneously.

The news was revealed as part of its Netflix Is A Joke comedy festival and the cast have been sharing their excitement about the official release date.

Darren Barnet, who plays Paxton, Devi's first high-school crush, shared an official Netflix image of him and co-star Ramakrishnan holding hands as Paxton and Devi.

He captioned the image: "Oh things are about to get interesting. See you August 12th for season 3 babyyyyy."

Ramakrishnan reposted the same photo with the caption: "Oh Devi, what on earth will you do... see you all on AUGUST 12TH FOR SEASON 3."

What Could happen in 'Never Have I Ever' Season 3?

At the end of Never Have I Ever season 2, Devi decided to go public with her new boyfriend Paxton at the school's winter dance.

However, it seems she has not been able to free herself from the love triangle she found herself in, falling for both Paxton and Ben (Jaren Lewison).

When Ben saw Paxton and her together, it was quite clear there were still some unresolved feelings between the pair, despite both of them dating other people.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Ramakrishnan teased the love triangle could be a big theme in season 3.

She said: "It is going to be interesting to see what happens next.

"I have no idea because she is happy with Paxton and that's happening officially.

"But of course, Ben's obviously going to still be a player in the game."

Showrunner and executive producer Fisher said: "It's going to be a fun, messy ride until the show ends and once again, maybe she chooses neither.

"They're high schoolers. They don't have to end up together. They should probably date a lot more people before they settle down."

Who will Star in 'Never Have I Ever' Season 3?

The entire main cast is back for the show's third outing. This means Ramakrishnan is back as the show's main character, Devi Vishwakumar, and Barnet as her high-school crush Paxton.

Poorna Jagannathan should return as Devi's mother, Nalini, alongside Richa Moorjani as Kamala, Devi's cousin.

Four new faces—Megan Suri, Tyler Alvarez, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and P.J. Byrne—joined the cast of Never Have I Ever season 2 and there is no reason, for now, why they would not return for season 3.

The rapper Common is also be expected to be back as Dr. Chris Jackson, a dermatologist who is Nalini's love interest.

Never Have I Ever Season 3 is coming to Netflix on Friday, August 12.
