New World: How to Get the Fallen Spirit Skin For Free

New World has tons of gear and weapons for players to get their hands on, and if you don't like the gear that you find while out exploring, you can always throw on a skin to help bring your look back front and center. In fact, players can actually get their hands on a special skin right now, thanks to New World's partnership with Twitch.

One of the latest skins you can get for free is the Fallen Spirit Skin. This skin comes with five pieces, including a headpiece, chest, boots, legs, and gauntlets. The skin has been available for free since October 18 and will continue to be available until November 14, at 11:59 p.m. PDT (8:59 p.m. EDT). The skin can be applied once you earn it, allowing you to show off your new look in-game on any gear that you've acquired.

To earn the Fallen Spirit Skin Twitch Drop, all you'll need to do is watch a Twitch streamer enrolled in the Drop system for four hours. After watching for four hours, you'll unlock the drop for us in your game. If for some reason, you haven't already signed up for Twitch Drops, then you'll need to connect your Twitch account to the New World website. This will link your account, allowing you to activate Twitch Drops for New World.

With Amazon Games planning to launch Fresh Start Worlds next month, now is a great time to make sure you have your Twitch account connected so you can make use of Twitch Drops like the Fallen Spirit Skin whenever they are available.

If you're just jumping into New World, or if you've played before, then apparel skins like the Fallen Spirit Skin can be a great way to spruce up how your character looks without having to spend any money or grind within the game. It's unclear if Amazon Games will launch another Twitch Drop anytime soon, but with the Halloween season ongoing, now is a great time to take advantage of the system and get yourself some new gear.
