In the wee hours of the morning on New Year's Day, a radical ISIS-inspired Muslim convert committed an atrocious terrorist attack on New Orleans' famed Bourbon Street. A mere few hours later, pro-Hamas "protesters" flooded the streets of New York City's equally famed Times Square and loudly clamored for a global "intifada revolution." The juxtaposition of events was uncanny, even if the Big Apple Hamasniks were ignorant to the supreme irony. In reality, the New Year's Day Bourbon Street massacre is exactly what harrowing calls to "globalize the intifada" look like in practice.

A few days later, Elon Musk used his massive platform to redraw attention to a deeply disturbing scandal that has, tragically, been going on for a very long time: the formation and metastasis of "grooming" gangs and child rape gangs in predominantly Muslim (and often Pakistani Muslim) places throughout the U.K. For those of us who have closely followed such matters over the years, none of this is new. As I said, this scandal—and the massive, truly outrageous cover-up throughout British society—has been ongoing for decades now. For the first time, though, some are now willing to break ranks with censorious political correctness and pay attention in earnest. Tories in Parliament are now pushing for a national "rape gang" inquiry. Thank goodness!

But it is unconscionable that transatlantic elites have let it get to this point. From New Orleans' French Quarter to London's Westminster and so many other North American and European locales in-between, these appalling eruptions we keep on seeing are the all-too predictable paroxysms of a debilitating multiculturalism—the widespread adoption, and subsequent exaltation, of a self-flagellating civilizational sense of self that necessitates rejecting our biblical, Judeo-Christian inheritance and substituting something intrinsically foreign in its stead. That "foreignness" here is Islamism—and, at least in many of its commonly practiced modern manifestations, Islam itself.

In twelve days, Donald Trump will take the solemn oath of office and once again be inaugurated as president of the United States. Trump is a paradigmatic American nationalist—someone whose political raison d'être is the rejection of the siren song of globalism, neoliberalism, and multiculturalism in all their variations. Just as Trump must continue the noble work of de-globalizing the American economy and reshoring national security-critical supply chain infrastructure, so too must he continue the equally noble task of de-multiculturalizing American society and re-establishing America as a bastion of Judeo-Christian values. That is certainly no small task, to put it mildly! But if anyone is up to it, it is probably the 45th, and soon-to-be–47th, president of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
