Nicki Minaj is once again the target of Cardi B fans, also known as the Bardigang, following the release of the promo for her newest single, "Freaky Girl."
Fans of Cardi, 29, started age-shaming Minaj, who is 39, on Twitter, claiming 'SHES 40,' to emphasize the rapper's age as she comes closer to her 40th birthday in December.
Minaj's 25.6 million followers on Twitter quickly stood up for their queen, making #NoNickiNoCareer one of the top 20 trending hashtags in the U.S. The Bardigang then retaliated with #NoCardiNoClout.
The rappers' feud has been going on since 2017, Newsweek reported, after the two collaborated with Migos on the single "Motorsport" and Minaj said she felt slighted by Cardi.

"The only thing that Cardi did that really, really, really hurt my feelings was the first interview she did after 'Motorsport'," Minaj said in an interview with Zane Lowe in April 2018. "I remember when I first came in the game, if a female of that stature had done a feature with me on it, I would only be singing their praises and saying, 'Thank you.'
The two later got into a physical altercation during a New York Fashion Week party in 2018.
On Wednesday, the Barbz, a.k.a. Nicki's fan base, decided to own the "She's 40" hashtag and make it empowering.
"The way this SHES 40 trend is backfiring on them," said one fan. "Yes NICKI MINAJ is 40 looking younger than your fav NO NICKI NO CAREER."

One Twitter user commented, "Seeing 'she's 40' trend and finding out it's about Cardi B fans age shaming Nicki Minaj is driving me insane. All of these years I thought Cardi B was older than Nicki Minaj based off of looks lol."

Another exasperated tweet expressed what many were perhaps thinking: "'NO NICKI NO CLOUT' 'SHES 40' 'NO CARDI NO CLOUT' 'NO NICKI NO CAREER' we're too grown for this."
It's been a busy week on social media for Minaj. On Tuesday, a now-deleted account run by someone claiming to be the rapper's ex-assistant claimed the pop star had committed tax fraud, to which Minaj responded on her Instagram Live.
"This is another fan base," she said. "They're going through with their plot to take me down because they see that all the lies they've made thus far have never worked... It's people right now that's paying entire staffs to figure out to end Nicki. I know for a fact from actual people that work for labels."
Given today's hashtags, it seems possible Minaj was referring to Cardi.
Both rappers were on the Stacker list of 50 of the most influential women musicians of the past two decades across genres.
Neither Cardi B nor Minaj has publicly commented on the Twitter feud over the trending hashtags yet.
