A group of mature men has gone viral for their outstanding dancing skills after a video of their performance at a wedding party was shared on Reddit leaving the internet in awe.

In the video, posted on Tuesday by u/FuturisticFighting and captioned "Old guys showing how it's done in the Wedding Afterparty," the group of elderly men can be seen all suited up, swagging to "Blow the whistle" by Too Short.

The post, which was originally shared on the subreddit r/MadeMeSmile, has so far reached over 61,500 upvotes and 1,370 comments in less than 24 hours.

A 2015 study archived in the National Library of Medicine, found that dancing, regardless of the style, can significantly improve muscular strength and endurance, balance, and other aspects of functional fitness in older adults.

Most users were delighted by the clip and admired the elderly men's style. One user, Cashew-Gesundheit, said: "Some guys never had it. These guys never lost it." And NichodonARG added: "You don't stop dancing when you get old; you get old when you stop dancing."

EverGreenPLO pointed out: "They're all dancing different steps yet perfectly on beat. Motherf****n G's." TekkenCareOfBusiness said: "Well I'm old and I just started learning how to dance, so it's never too late."And pistoncivic added: "I hope when I'm that age I can still do Tiktok dances at the Dave & Busters senior nights inside Costco in the Northeast containment zone."

Another user, 42DaisyPusher shared a similar story: "My grandfather went dancing at the VFW hall every Saturday night. My grandmother would go get her hair set, they would get dressed up, and go two-step and waltz their Saturday night away. He went dancing the Saturday before he died."

Fabulous-Fisherman99 commented: "Damn, that felt inspirational lol." InterestingCloseness said: "Look at all these fine dressed men." And Loquat_Green joked: "This is the swagger that got all your aunties pregnant."
