Amid Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's divorce, they have put their condo in New York on the market for $5.99 million.
The Game of Thrones star and her musician husband announced they were breaking up after Jonas filed for divorce on September 5, describing the marriage as "irretrievably broken"—and now they're selling their assets.
The three-bedroom, 2,900-square-foot residence is located in Nolita, one of Manhattan's trendiest neighborhoods. Jonas purchased the condo for $5.6 million in March 2018, a year prior to his secret Vegas nuptials with Turner following a Billboard Music Awards event.
The city abode was first put up for sale by Jonas in 2020 for $6.5 million, and it has been on and off the market ever since. It was eventually taken off the market in 2021 after two price reductions (to $5.9 million in August 2020 and $5.4 million in November 2020), before being put up for sale once again.

Newsweek reached out to representatives for Turner and Jonas for comment via email on Thursday.
Located on the second floor of a 2015-built luxury condominium, the apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and coveted private outdoor space. Designed with an open, loft-style layout, it measures 2,907 square feet and is accessed by a keyed elevator.
One of 11 units in the luxury building, the downtown residence features blonde oak flooring and a light, neutral color scheme. The modern white kitchen boasts a long island with a marble countertop that has seating for five, black-and-white patterned floor tiles, and a dining area that is well-lit thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows.
The main bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a dual-vanity en-suite bathroom, and glass doors that open to a 1,450-square-foot terrace that is also accessible from the main living area. The home also has access to a landscaped rooftop terrace and a 24-hour doorman. One of the two additional bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom.

In 2021, Jonas and Turner sold a mansion in L.A. for $15.2 million and in August, the two sold their six-bedroom, nine-bath mansion in Miami for $15 million.
This comes as the pair reached a shared custody arrangement for their two daughters. The former couple landed on an arrangement while in mediation, according to People.
In September, rumors of marital strife surfaced in the tabloids, and later that month, the estranged couple confirmed they were going their separate ways after the "breakdown of the marriage happened very suddenly," according to a lawsuit Turner filed.
The actor also claimed to have learned through the media that Jonas had filed for divorce. The lawsuit claimed the couple had an argument on August 15 and their marriage went downhill from there.
Jonas and Turner began dating in 2016 and wed in 2019. The former couple share two daughters—Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1.
