A pregnant woman who craved fast food and became enraged at the wait allegedly called 911, smashed up the restaurant and then twerked aggressively at staff as a parting shot.
Tianis Jones, 22, is facing a string of charges over what police described as her "violent tantrum" after a delay at the drive-thru of a McDonald's in Lakeland, Florida.
The incident also sparked a string of McDonald's-themed jokes online, with even police being unable to resist a few puns.
Sheriff Grady Judd, with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, told a press conference that Jones got "McMad" adding: "You know, I don't know what was wrong with her that night. I don't know if she was, like, two fries short of a Happy Meal, or maybe it was she was short of a Happy Meal completely, but she created a McMess. And she acted like a McNut."

Security camera footage of the incident on Thursday (May 18) shows a woman that police allege to be Jones walking up to the McDonald's counter. She is seen talking to a worker, and initially punctuates her words by tapping her fingers on the ledge of the serving area. But her gestures grow increasingly animated and she begins to wave her arms around and slam her hands down, before suddenly using her arm to swipe a plastic sign across the counter toward an employee who jumps out of the way as it lands at his feet.
She then uses her other arm to hurl a collection of condiment bottles to the ground and the McDonald's worker heads into the kitchen to avoid her onslaught. The clip, which does not have audio, then shows the angry diner rushing behind the counter to tug stacks of cups over.
Another woman—whom police suggested was Jones' sister—is shown trying to reason with her and drag her away. But before the woman alleged to be Jones leaves, she yanks up her shirt to expose her belly, then turns to twerk at the workers.
PCSO is looking for Tianis Jones after she went McNuts in a Lakeland McDonald's Thursday (5/19). "When we find her she won't have any golden arches, but we'll give her some silver handcuffs." - Grady Judd, Sheriff.

Polk County Sheriff's Office have accused Jones of causing about $100 worth of damage at the restaurant. Judd added: "She dialed 911 and complained about her order at McDonald's. So, things went from bad to worse. Her sister tried to get her out of the McDonald's. She wouldn't do that. Instead, she continued on her rant and her rage."
Jones was arrested the next day and charged with burglary with assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and misuse of 911. A spokesperson for Polk County Sheriff's Office, public information officer Brian Bruchey, told Newsweek that Jones was arrested Friday evening (May 20), had her first court appearance on Saturday, and was released Sunday morning. She is next due in court in June to answer to the various allegations made against her.
Judd, apparently thinking of the McDonald's mascot the Hamburglar, said that Jones allegedly going behind the counter to grab the items and throwing things meant that "she ended up a McBurglar—she committed a burglary and an assault, which is a first-degree felony."
He said during the alleged rampage, Jones announced to everyone in the restaurant that she was five months pregnant before she exposed her pregnant belly to twerk her way out of the store.
The mom-to-be never did receive the Filet-O-Fish sandwich, Happy Meal, Sprite, sweet tea and chocolate shake she ordered, he added.
Judd concluded that if Jones is convicted for her alleged crimes, she probably wouldn't enjoy the food in jail.
