Well, one TikTok user, known online as 70srose, recently took to the video sharing app to share her method for recreating the look, and viewers were shocked by just how similar she looked to the royal.

It begins with Rose in front of a page from a magazine article which gives advice on how to replicate Diana's hairstyle.
She then captions it: "Styling my Princess Diana haircut according to this 1981 article."
She then sets about using styling slips and a slim hot brush to curl her hair, which is cut in a short layered shape, before using a soft brush and setting it with hairspray.
While singing along to Stevie Nicks' 1981 track "Edge of Seventeen," the footage cuts to Rose wearing a lilac blouse, a pearl necklace and earrings, looking very similar to the princess.

The impressive video was filmed on May 7 and has since gone viral on the social media site, having been viewed over 9.9 million times. It has received more than 2.6 million likes and was shared 29,600 times.
Many took to the comments section to share their disbelief at how much the TikTok star looked like the royal.
Social media user Clo wrote: "So you're telling me this isn't Princess Diana?"
Another person, Chillderbillies, added: "She was such a class act. I miss her. You nailed the look perfectly."

Prince Harry, 36, was only 12 years old when his mother died, and he has recently revealed that he no longer needs therapy to cope with the loss.
Speaking on the Armchair Expert podcast about the pain of losing his mother, he said: "I don't think I need therapy anymore but I want it and when I say therapy I mean actual therapy, sitting down and having a discussion with someone.
"But I also mean nature, going for walks, throwing the ball for my dog going down the beach and stuff like that."
