Dixon, 43, appears on Bravo's Real Housewives of Potomac alongside cast mates Gizelle Bryant, Mia Thornton, Karen Huger, Ashley Darby, Candiace Dillard-Bassett and Wendy Osefo.

The ladies returned to screens in October 2022 for season seven, and already the new edition is as full of drama as fans have come to expect from the Potomac cast.

On the latest episode that aired on October 30, one of the major storylines was the fact that Dixon was throwing a "family fun day" for her co-stars and their children, but did not invite Osefo, 38, due to an ongoing falling-out.

Originally, Osefo's three children, whom she shares with husband, Eddie, were not invited. However, Dixon had a change of heart and asked Dillard-Bassett, 35, to "play Auntie" and bring Osefo's children so that they could still enjoy the day, despite their mom having fallen out with Dixon.

Osefo ultimately declined the offer to have Dillard-Bassett chaperone her two sons and daughter to the day out.

After the episode aired on Sunday evening, Dixon posted on her Instagram account, where she has 574,000 followers, a screenshot of a message from a user who berated the star for not inviting Osefo to the event, ending the message with, "I hope you die."

Dixon, who has two sons herself with fiancé (and ex-husband) Juan, captioned the screenshot: "This woman hopes I die over some people that don't even know she exists. Sick. No need to harass her for her evil wishes, she is unfortunately one of many.

"I will just continue to pray for protection for me and my family and my cast mates, who will also be harassed at some point over this long season because we are all humans and far from perfect, from those wishing harm and evil over us...because of a TV show smh," Dixon added.

Fans were quick to come to Dixon's defence, with one writing underneath the post: "Good thing you're exposing these people. Who wishes death on someone because of a reality TV show? Wow."

"Sending you love Robyn, this isn't okay at all," added another, while a third commented: "She can disagree with you about Wendy but these types of messages are not okay.

Newsweek has contacted Dixon and Osefo for comment.
