A dog having his hair dried has stolen the internet's heart as he only sits still when feeling involved.

Over 810,000 people have viewed the video shared by @kikotherottweiler that shows her rottweiler dog having his hair dried while holding the detachable nozzle in his mouth.

The American Kennel Club describes a rottweiler as loyal, loving and a confident guardian.

The breed is known for being very affectionate with family and good with children. The pedigree dog information site also states rottweilers have high mental stimulation needs and they often need a job or an activity which is probably why Kiko likes to get involved by holding part of the device in his mouth.

The top comment, which said "I am also a hair dryer," has received over 5,500 likes.

Wisconsin-based dog groomers advise that drying your dog after a bath is essential. Air drying may seem like a more accessible option with reluctant dogs but there's a risk of fungus growing between their paw pads and where their legs join their body.

All Paws Pet Wash suggest using towels and starting with the dog's head and working backward to their tail. You should use a towel to gently squeeze water out of their hair. Just as you should go from head to tail, you should work from your dog's backside down to their belly, legs, and paws as you dry them.

The other option is a hairdryer. The groomers state the key to using a dryer on your dog is to understand that it's the airflow, not the heat that will remove excess water from your dog's coat.

You also have to use caution when you dry your dog with a force dyer, never pointing the nozzle toward your dog's face, ears, or genitals. They suggest placing the nozzle of the dryer just above your dog's skin and moving it back and forth in short strokes so that your dog feels like you're giving a massage while drying them off.

As we can see, Kiko prefers the nozzle in his mouth so it is all about finding what is best for your dog.

Hundreds of TikTokers have commented, with one user saying: "Seems like a fair bargain."

Another wrote: "I can't brush my dog unless he holds a different brush in his mouth."

Others have praised the pooch for being "polite" and "so sweet".
