Chicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert Jr. has found himself in the middle of a lot of trade rumors for the last year or so. The White Sox are one of the worst teams in the league, and he's one of their only talented players. A trade makes sense.
But nothing has come to fruition yet because Robert's poor play has tanked his trade value. Still, a deal will likely happen this year.
Bleacher Report's Tim Kelly recently listed Robert as one of the players most likely to be traded this season, even linking the star to the Philadelphia Phillies and Los Angeles Dodgers as potential landing spots.

"Luis Robert Jr. is off to an ice-cold start in 2025, and has only played in more than 100 games once in a season," Kelly wrote. "There are definitely things working against him as a trade candidate, which is why he wasn't dealt last summer or in the offseason.
"With that said, Robert is just two years removed from hitting 38 home runs and posting 13 outs above average defensively. So many contending teams -- the Los Angeles Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies among them -- have needs in center field. Robert could also potentially be an option for teams looking to improve a corner outfield spot as well."
The Dodgers need to add an outfielder, and Robert would be the perfect option. Los Angeles could form a package centered around former top prospect James Outman.
The Phillies have been linked to Robert for the last year now. They need to add a right-handed hitting outfielder, and the White Sox star could be the perfect solution.
Either way, a deal will likely come to fruition this season.
