Logan Paul Says He Was Ghosted By Dana White About Potential UFC Fight

Logan Paul, known for his WWE career and past boxing ventures, has publicly expressed interest in competing in the UFC. This would be yet another potential crossover move for the social media personality.

The topic of Paul's UFC aspirations came about during his appearance on the "Impaulsive" podcast, where he was joined by UFC fighter Tom Aspinall. Their conversation explored the potential appeal of Paul stepping into the Octagon.

"I could get one for the right opponent. But it wouldn't be a DDP, dude. I'm not fighting for a world title. Or fuck it, let's get it [laughs]," Paul said.

When questioned about potential UFC involvement, Logan Paul revealed he had reached out to Dana White via text, expressing his availability for a fight on the UFC 300 undercard, but received no response; nevertheless, he emphasized his openness to a UFC bout if the opportunity and terms aligned.

"I did. I told Dana [White] for UFC 300. I texted him, I said, 'Hey man, consider me available to fight on the undercard in The Sphere.' Yeah, they basically completely ignored me [laughs], which I think spoke volumes. Haven't bothered him about it since. But I think for the right fight, the amount of money, man, I'm an entertainer at the end of the day," Paul said.

Paul, a social media personality who transitioned into professional boxing, has garnered significant attention and revenue through his high-profile bouts since 2018. Although his boxing career deviates from the traditional path, his fights have drawn big audiences money. His initial entry into boxing was an amateur match against fellow YouTuber KSI, which ended in a majority draw.

Their rematch, a sanctioned professional fight without headgear, resulted in a split-decision victory for KSI. Paul then faced undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather in an eight-round exhibition match. Despite no official winner being declared, Paul's ability to last the full eight rounds was widely regarded as a moral victory, demonstrating his resilience and ability to compete against a seasoned professional.
