The Cavaliers have a commanding 3-0 series lead and will look to advance to the next round with a win to sweep the Heat. The Cavaliers enter this game as the road favorites despite their All-Star guard Darius Garland on the injury report.

Garland is on the injury report due to a toe injury, which caused him to miss Game 3.

The bad news for Cleveland is that they will once again be without their All-Star guard for Game 4. The Cavaliers have downgraded Garland from questionable to out.
