Game 5 will be played at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, but the Cavaliers are dealing with a massive injury. Star guard Donovan Mitchell left Game 4 with an ankle injury and didn't return to the contest.

The Cavaliers have now revealed a massive injury update on the star guard. According to ESPN NBA Insider Shams Charania, Mitchell is expected to be a game-time decision for Game 5 against Indiana.

If Mitchell can't play in Game 5, it would certainly be a massive blow to the chances of the Cavaliers. Cleveland needs all hands on deck to keep their season alive, and Mitchell is the true head of the snake.

Mitchell has been electric for the Cavaliers during the playoffs, putting up some insane numbers. The Cleveland star has averaged 28.9 points, 4.3 assists, and 4.1 rebounds in eight playoff games this season.

The Cavaliers have already dealt with some big injuries during this series with the Pacers. Star guard Darius Garland sat out the first two games of the series, while center Evan Mobley missed Game 2.

Cleveland hasn't been able to find any consistency on either side of the floor, and they are sitting one loss away from elimination. After clinching the top seed in the Eastern Conference this year, many expected the Cavaliers to be contending for a title in the postseason.
