Many scouts view Alijah as a reliable offensive threat who can use his abilities to create all sorts of shot attempts on the court. The wing has the ability to make life very tough on defenders, using his size and length to his overall advantage.

The Trojans basketball program has taken a massive rise in recent years, with other former NBA players' children committing. Bronny James, son of NBA star LeBron James, just recently played for the Trojans before entering the NBA Draft.

USC has started to build something special within its basketball program, and Alijah was expected to give them a massive boost. USC is coming off a poor first year under head coach Eric Musselman, finishing with a record of 17-18.

However, basketball is on the back burner right now, and the hope is that he can make a full and quick recovery from this horrific accident. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Arenas family and friends during this terrible time.
