The Cincinnati Bengals are running out of time to extend their lease with Paycor Stadium and could be forced to relocate if they do not choose to extend said lease by the date of June 30, 2025. Should the lease not be extended, the Bengals would essentially be without a stadium past the 2026 NFL season.

According to Cincinnati.com, "The deadline is looming as the current lease expires on June 30, 2026, but the team can opt for five two-year extensions and would have to submit written notification to Hamilton County at least 12 months prior. In short, the Bengals have until June 30 this year to decide if they want to take their first two-year extension to stay put at Paycor Stadium."
Should the Bengals choose to opt-in to the five two-year extensions, they will remain in the stadium presumably for the next 10 years. However, they will need to make that decision soon.

Oddly enough, the Bengals organization isn't as hurried as a team would be knowing they are running out of time for their stadium.
Bengals executive vice president Katie Blackburn talked about the potential relocation during the NFL owner's meetings that have been taking place in the first week of April.
"We play it day by day, and like everything else, we just continue to have discussions, see where things are, and then have to make decisions at the appropriate time," Blackburn said.
Though the decision to strike a long-term deal will need to be swiftly decided, Blackburn also indicated the team is happy with Paycor Stadium.
"We love where we are," Blackburn said. "I'm (a) very big proponent of being in the downtown. I think that's a great thing for the city. I think (the) location (of the) stadium right now is good. Our stadium obviously needs to continue to be maintained appropriately, and you want to keep it at a certain level that's important, just so that we're competitive with others. But you know, at the end of the day, we're playing it one day at a time, and it's just we have to see where it all goes."

Should the Bengals shockingly have to relocate, they will join the likes of the Cleveland Browns, who are officially moving to Brook Park in the future. The Kansas City Chiefs are also in limbo due to the renovations for Arrowhead Stadium being shot down by Jackson County, Missouri.
Though it would be believed that the Bengals would remain at Paycore Stadium, their relocation is still a strong possibility. Much like the fans of Cleveland were upset, seeing the team have to move to a new area of the city might cause a massive stir among fans.
