With NFL free agency starting to wind down, most of the free agents have signed new contracts.
While there is still time for more signings to happen, it has been enough time to process and analyze the moves that have already happened.
Teams have filled important holes in their roster, money amounts are finalized, and the overall strength of teams has gotten clearer.
After looking through how each team approached this offseason and handed out money to players, here are the contracts that stand out as the biggest values.

Drew Dalman - Chicago Bears
Drew Dalman, who was rated one of the best centers in the league last year by PFF, left the Atlanta Falcons to join the Chicago Bears on a three-year, $42 million deal.
This contract feels pretty cheap compared to some other offensive linemen that signed this offseason.
At just 26 years old, Dalman also has room to grow, which could make this contract look like a gross underpay real soon, especially if Caleb Williams breaks out like he was expected to after being drafted first overall.
Overall, the Bears did really well to improve the offensive line this offseason under new head coach Ben Johnson.

Mehki Becton - Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers have a really good tackle on both ends, but the interior offensive line was extremely weak and was exposed by the Texans in the playoffs.
In comes Mehki Becton for 2 years and $20 million, which feels like a great deal for both sides.
Becton is just 25 years old, and as a recently converted guard, has a ton of room to grow.
He also won the Super Bowl on the stellar Eagles offensive line, so that adds some extra value to him. The Chargers bided their time to make this signing, but it may turn out as one of the best ones of this offseason.
Levi Onwuzurike, Detroit Lions
Onwuzurike has resigned with the Lions, but at just 1 year, $5.5 million, he feels like a steal on a prove-it deal.
Onwuzurike is still 27 years old, and managed to stay healthy last season, something most of the defenders on the Lions can't say.
He didn't get super consistent play time but showed promise when he was on the field as a great partner with Alim McNeill on the defensive line.
Come the next free agency, it's expected that Onwuzurike will get paid a lot more money on a long-term deal based on his potential for a breakout season in 2025.
