Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce has become one of the most popular names in the NFL over the last few years. Of course, his relationship with Taylor Swift has helped that popularity grow to even bigger heights than he could have imagined.
Over the years, Kelce has become much more vocal about the NFL and sports in general. His podcast, "New Heights," has given him a major platform to speak as well.
Shedeur Sanders has been a heavily talked about name in sports media over the last couple of months. With the 2025 NFL draft now over and Shedeur Sanders a rookie on the Cleveland Browns, Kelce took some time to speak out about him.

Throughout the pre-draft process, Sanders had an "anonymous" source badmouth him. That source called him "arrogant" and "brash."

In response to that "anonymous" source, Kelce spoke out and shredded them for not being willing to put a face to the quote.
"I think whoever's the [expletive] anonymous person that's [expletive] saying this should [expletive] come out and say who they were. Like what the [expletive] is that about? Like, if you're gonna leak that [expletive] [expletive], [expletive] be the one that says, 'Yeah it just didn't go well for us.' Don't [expletive] say that we're anonymous, you know?"

To say that Kelce was unhappy with the anonymous source would be an understatement. His opinion is completely understandable.
Sanders fell from being a projected first-round pick all the way down to the fifth round at No. 144 overall. Whether or not that anonymous source had much to do with his slide is unknown. However, those kinds of comments can impact a player's draft stock dramatically.

In recent years, the anonymous source reporting has become way too common. Players, agents, and front office members can all say inflammatory things without any kind of repercussion.
Kelce is clearly over it. Now, fans will be vigilant to see if the name of the source ever comes out or is revealed at some point in the future.
As for the young quarterback, he's preparing to battle for a spot on the Browns' roster in training camp and preseason action. Kelce, on the other hand, is set to play what could be his final NFL season as he looks to win one more Super Bowl.
