The Green Bay Packers may be getting back starting quarterback Jordan Love for their NFC North showdown against the Minnesota Vikings this weekend. After being inactive over the past two games due to an MCL injury, Love is expected to suit up in Week 4.

Getting Love back for this crucial matchup against the Vikings will be massive for the Packers' overall chances. While the team was confident in the ability of backup quarterback Malik Willis heading into this game, having their starter could make all the difference.
Through two games as the starting quarterback, Willis has looked much better than most people believed he would have. He has thrown for 324 yards with two touchdowns and zero interceptions, helping Green Bay win both games. The former Liberty product has also made a difference on the ground, rushing for 114 yards and one score to show off his dual-threat abilities.
The Vikings have looked like the best team in football so far this season, albeit through the first three weeks, so this will be a big test for Green Bay. Love has been out since Week 1 when he exited the Packers game against the Philadelphia Eagles due to injury.
Most thought that he would be out for a significant amount of time but he has been trending to return over the last couple of games. There was thought that he could suit up last week, but the team held off and proceeded to allow him to rest even more.

Love has practiced every day this week, in a limited capacity, which led to this new prognosis. He has emerged as one of the better young signal-callers around the NFL and the Packers will be ecstatic to have him return to the field.
Before suffering his injury against the Eagles, Love threw for 250 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He earned a massive contract extension from the Packers this offseason after leading them to the divisional round of the playoffs last year.
With him likely returning, the Packers' Super Bowl aspirations are back. Green Bay entered the new season primed to be one of the better teams in the NFL. With Love back healthy, they should be exactly that.
