The 2025 NFL Draft is quickly approaching, and many NFL teams are hoping to fill major needs in Round 1.
If there is one team that can take their pick of the best player available, it is the defending Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
That's not to say the Eagles don't have needs, However, as they have plenty of spots themselves that they need to fill with the No. 32 overall pick.
With that in mind, let's examine the top three first-round fits for the Eagles.

Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
Perhaps the biggest need for the defending champs is on the interior of their defensive line, thanks to the loss of Milton Williams and the uncertain future of Jordan Davis.
Yes, they have one of the best in business in Jalen Carter, but outside of that, the depth is sorely lacking.
Ole Miss defensive tackle Walter Nolen could help fix that issue in a hurry. He is a physical beast and can both stop the run and rush the passer, and would be a tremendous fit in Philly.
James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
Edge rusher is another spot on the front that the Eagles need to address, and fortunately, at No. 32, one of the best in the business might be available.
At one point, James Pearce Jr. was in consideration for the No. 1 overall selection, but thanks in large part to the emergence of Abdul Carter, his stock slid a bit.
That by no means indicates he won't be an elite NFL player, and Dan Quinn could get the most out of him in Washington.
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Eagles' biggest need on offense is at tight end, and while he might not be available this late in the first round, Michigan's Coltson Loveland would be a great fit in Philadelphia.
Loveland is a serious athlete with sure hands and would be a dream come true for quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Depending on what happens, it is not impossible to imagine Loveland being on the board, or the Eagles moving up to try and fill this need. If they do get aggressive, which they have a history of doing, Loveland could be the target.
